Chris was great! He sent me detailed information ahead of time so I could understand typical dryer repair scenarios and budget accordingly. He spent a lot of time cleaning my dryer and replaced my venting. He worked with me on pricing since he was second service and repair person I had come out to work on my dryer. Chris was exceptionally detailed and even sent me pictures showing his work completion. He even took the extra step to check and see if my dryer was working to my satisfaction after the repair. I would highly recommend his business.
