Double Flush Septic Services

After calling 8 different septic cleaning companies, I chose Double Flush Septic Services based on the fact this is a small family owned and operated business. Owner Tracy handled all communications beyond my expectations while owner/ husband Scott & his partner in grime Pat performed the dirty work with professionlism and a sense of humor. The price quoted by Tracy for a 1,000 gallon tank pump-out was the price charged. I highly recommend Double Flush!!!

They went above & beyond to immediately answer any questions I had, as well as suggesting things I may want to doâ ¦..not telling me I had to do them, just suggesting! I highly recommend!

The price was double the quote due to us having an unusually large tank. They explained clearly why and apologized for the inconvenience as well as noted we could not flush out the additional tank.

We called everyone around us. No one wanted to come on a Saturday. they came from over an hour to help us with our septic tank.

Prompt. Courteous. Knew exactly what to do and had all the tools to do it. Got extra business cards from him so I can give them out to anyone who needs his service. I highly recommend him.

I had A major problem with my septic system my family and I were not able to use our facilities i got a hold of Scott and Tracey their company is located in Medina Ohio whereas I live way south in Navarre Ohio and could not get any local companies to help! Scott arrived at my place within an Hour and a half with state-of-the-art equipment and had us up and running with in 30 minutes we had other issues such as a UV light not working and ariation pump not working Scott was able to have these parts overnighted and installed within two business days while we were still able to use our septic with no issues. I seriously recommend DOUBLE FLUSH SEPTIC SERVICES to anyone who has these issues these people are truly pro's

Very quick to respond to my needs . Other companies quoted a 3-4 month wait to pump out a septic tank. Not good if it is already full. Double Flush responded within minutes on Monday and the pump out completed on Friday morning. I would recommend them for anyone needing a septic tank pump out. Thank you Scott.
