Joe answered phone at 6:30am and was out to replace the water heater by 9am. Great work and very thorough.

It went great. He gave us some great advice on faucet replacement. He was very prompt and very professional and extremely accomodating. He replaced the faucet very quickly. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely use him again and plan to the next time I have a need for plumbing repair.

I called and he was able to come within an hour . He used a very large auger and had to work very hard to unclog whatever was blocking the drain. He gave me some advice and suggested replacing the toilet which is quite old. He gave me estimates on a few other items. He was here approximately 40 minutes. He did give me a break on the price. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I thought the price was high but i will say all plumber costs are high and compared to other plumbers his prices were a little lower.

He splattered this red dye all over my three bathrooms that he was checking and I just felt like his workmanship was sloppy. Also, when he replaced the flapper on my toilet it was filthy. I felt like having him come was a waste. I will say he came and did respond quickly which was the best part of the entire experience.

They took the toilet out and did the work required in a very timely and professional manner. Joe was very clear in what needed to be done and even invited me to stay and watch the work being done. I would definitely use this company again!

The guys were wonderful. Joe is very straight forward and only advised what needed to be done to resolve my problem. When I called he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone based on my description and give me a rough estimate. He was incredibly flexible and when I asked him for an estimate for another project (installing a new toilet I had), he offered to do it right then and there. His estimate was much better than others I received. I am truly happy with the service I received and would most definitely recommend him to others.

Driveway drain has clogged the last two winters, letting water backup into the garage. Joe and Jeremy cut a section of the concrete driveway, dug out the mud and collapsed pipe and replaced with PVC. Replaced with 4" of new concrete. Snaked drain to downspout. Cleaned up and hauled away all debris. Joe has fixed a few different problems I've had, over the last 3 years and would recommend him highly.

My daughter and her fiance wanted to get a dishwasher installed, as they did not have one, so some cabinets would need to be taken out to fit a new dishwasher. I told them I wanted this project to be a gift to them and we would find someone though Angie's List. They contacted DoItAllPlumbing since they are shown to do major work on bathrooms and kitchens. Joe the contractor measured their space and said we would be able to fit a standard size dishwasher. He did not set an expectation the height of the counter tops would be a problem, he only expressed a concern about the width of the space and that they would lose two cabinet spaces. They understood they would lose two cabinets, but didn't mind because they have ample cabinet space. Joe the plumber was asked if there was a certain size dishwasher they should buy and he confirmed the standard size. The standard dishwasher was ordered and delivered and the day the plumber arrived, he took measurements again and now said there would be extra work needed to install the unit. In addition to the cabinets being removed, some of the hardwood floor would need to be removed to accommodate the height of the unit. He did not seem certain it would be possible, and said things like 'it should fit'. As far as we are concerned, measuring for a dish washer fit is "Plumbing 101" and he missed it. We did not feel comfortable with the idea of exploratory demo of the cabinets and floor and there was still a chance the dishwasher would not fit. We also didn't want to damage the integrity of the kitchen floor by cutting out portions of it. Note! The hardwood floor removal would have left the bottom of the dishwasher open over the floor joist. This is not a good situation. A smaller dishwasher could have been ordered that while narrower, was also shorter and could have fit into the space. This was not even proposed by the plumber as an option. They asked the plumber to leave and did not have him do any work, and we had to return the dishwasher and pay a $90 restocking fee. We feel we made the mistake of trusting this contractor specifically because of his favorable reviews on Angie's List. In general we feel we were misled that the space we have would reasonably fit a standard size dishwasher, with the bottom of our counter tops being 32" from the floor, and the height of a standard dishwasher at 33.5-34". My daughter wanted to add something to this situation so I put in below in her own words: "In addition to what my fiance said...At one point, Joe the plumber told us "You should have called a carpenter, not a plumber" in regards to the work it was potentially going to take to get a dishwasher installed. I reminded him that he is "Do it All Plumbing" and he advertises himself as doing "complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling." Also, the day he came for our job, he called to say he was running behind, and he would be several hours late. Then, right before he was due at our house around 11:30, he called to say that he was sick and needed to reschedule, which we did. He then called us back 20 minutes later and said he decided to come anyway. He seems fine, as far as his general health, when he came over that day. No signs that he was sick" This was a very poor situation and left a very bad impression on us all.

Great, very accommodating and affordable

I called Do It all Plumbing the week of June 1st. I listed my jobs for him and I was given an estmate over the phone. We settled on June 16 between 8:30 am and 9:00 am for the provider to come and fix my problems. I cleared out all the areas he was going to work on the night before. On June 16th, at 9:40, I called to see why no one had shown up to do the work. I was informed that there was no job for my place on his schedule. I explained that yes, we had settled on a date and time. He then explained that there had been flooding the day before and he was busy. I told him that all he had to do was call me and I would have understood. He then said that we had agreed that I would call him the day before to remind him of his appointment. I responded that that's not how it works. I was deeply disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I'm sure that this review will have not effect on his business since he has very good ratings otherwise. That's why I selected this provider!

took call,no voice mail, was at the house in 90 minutes from other side city. job took 50 minutes, came with helper . work completed and satisfactory. I think that the bar is set so low re contractors that when work is performed well and in prompt manner it took me by surprise.

Joe was very nice and thorough. Explained procedures before coming out, such as have east ohio confirm presence of leaks before charging my buyers. Came promptly and repaired valves and confirm by gas company

Joe was right on time and work was completed as described. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. He explained exactly what he was doing. He also pointed out other areas that may need repairs in the future but didn't need them now. I appreciated his honesty.

My experience started off great. I called and received a return phone call within a few minutes to schedule my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for a week later. I was informed they would be at my house between 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. This was acceptable to me. The day of the appointment is the issue. I received a call at about 12:48 P.M. from another business (not related to plumbing) and a voice mail from Do It All Plumbing. I returned the phone call to Do It All Plumbing by 12:50 and never received a call back. They expect me to wait for an hour for them to show up plus the time for them to fix the issue but they can't give me five minutes to return a voice mail. I wasted a 1/2 days vacation for this appointment. I had to call another plumber and make another appointment. So if you can stop others from calling your phone during the time frame they give you then take a chance and give them a call. You may get further than I did.

Joe and his helper came out the same day I called. He snaked out the sanitary sewer in my front yard twice in an attempt to determine the cause of my tub gurgling when I ran the bathroom sink water. He cleared blockage at the street where it meets the city line. He advised me to call the city in the morning which I did. The city snaked with a camera and finding everything clear, advised me to run a tub of water monthly to keep things flowing. Joe is a professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. His helper is attentive and pleasant. I would recommend his service and will always call him if I have any plumbing issues to be addressed. I think his price was very fair.

It went excellent. I sent Joe a few pictures with markings and he literally fixed my problem over the phone in just a few minutes. Absolutely amazing. This fix took care of my immediate issue and Joe quoted a fair price to fix the problem completely. I am more than happy with his service

After doing a load of wash discovered that the water had not drained and was backed up into my basement. Called and Joe and Jeremy were to my house within 15 minutes. They started to snake out the drain and discovered the pipe to the sewer was broken. In order to repair the pipe, they had to cut through the concrete floor in the basement. They then installed a new pipe and a larger cleanout. They were very prompt and polite. They put down tarps where possibe and cleaned up well before they left. Very professional and I would recommend and hire them again.

Needed a quick repair and they arrived with in 2 hrs of me calling. Walked me through what it was going to take to fix the problem and did great work. Highly recommend.

Joe & his helper were on time with the agreed upon replacement toilets. The old toilets were removed & taken to the curb for garbage pick-up that day. The new toilets were installed with new water supply lines. The work was completed quickly and both work areas were as clean as when they started. Joe is friendly & professional. I will definitely call upon him again & recommend him to others.

Answered call right away and was at our house within 20 mins. He was professional and thorough, explained everything he was doing and why & gave ideas for other fixes. Will use again if needed.

Sadly, on February 123, 2014, I awoke to no water because there was a pipe freeze. I called a different Angie's List plumber who arrived at my house and indicated that they couldn't solve the problem. I went back to Angie's List and found Do-it All Plumbing. He (can't remember his name) was in the neighborhood and arrived at my house within the hour. He was confident he could solve the problem and did so in 15 minutes. The best thing about the service that he provided is that he taught me how to unthaw my pipes just in case this situation arose again. I appreciate it and a result will call him for all future plumbing repairs.

I have never rated or reviewed a business before but am doing so after being asked twice by the owner, Joe. Will admit the work looks good, but what do I know about hot water tanks. He apologized for being late at and said he'd be 10 minutes late. Got here at 10:10am instead of 9:30am. He had the most incompetent assistant!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was asked for 2 towels by the Al the assistant from area they removed the old tank. They were soaked-and-wet and ruined. Al even asked for a plastic bag to put them in. I ended up putting them in the bathtub. I have pix of the towels wet and stained in the tub. They both went into the trash. I had slippers on while they were working. When they left, I kicked them off and found my new living room carpet is saturated. Again, I have pix of 3 soaked towels on the wet carpet. Now I am worrying about mold in the padding! I had an old throw carpet in the area where they were working. It, too is soaked!!!!!!!!!! I also have pix of where they left the common area carpet hallway full of debris. Joe and Al were here for 2.5 hours. The bill was for a total of 1000.00. for new tank, installation, and expansion tank. Nothing was itemized: not the cost of the tank, parts, labor, or tax!!!!!!!! I asked it he would take of the 50.00 for seniors which was on the BBB site for his business. He said he wouldn't because he had given me a deal already!! W**!!!!!!!!!!! I have no written warranty for his work. Seniors, please think twice before hiring this company.
