I called Joe and he came out and took a look at both sides and one side was completely fine! The other side just needs a handle replacement. He offered to check his truck to see if he had a handle- but I told him I'd just go to Home Depot and buy it! I had to pay the Service Call fee but that is nothing compared to what I thought I was going to pay! And hey! He's an honest man- he's got to make his money somehow! I'd rather pay him that Service fee and him be honest, then to have someone give me a free home visit and lie to me to get funds out of me! I TOTALLY recommend Joe!

Joe was out in a couple hours. Fast and professional. And HONEST!! He could have told me I needed a whole new faucet etc etc but he just replaced a small part and it was good to go. Refreshing to find an honest contractor. Will use his company again.

They did good work, were professional, but a little high priced. I will definitely recommend them and use them, again. For myself I may look at other options first due to the price.

Joe was a very kind, respectful, and professional contractor. He showed up on time, asked questions about what I specifically wanted, explained everything he was doing, and was very time efficient. He left the work space clean and as he found it. Joe is the man for the job should you need it.

Joe replaced the leaking pipes under my sink, replaced the strainer basket in the sink, and also installed a new faucet after we discovered the old one was leaking. He did a good job but was only at our house for 1.5 hrs. and charged us $525 (not including the new faucet) which was quite a bit higher than we expected to pay.

He immediately showed me the looseness of the toilet bowl (the vendor that re-modeled by bathroom last year did a bad job). He opened it up and showed me the inferior job done. He replaced the depleted wax with a doubly thick one and secured the toilet bowl properly. I am very impressed with his promptness, knowledge in his work and his demeanor as well.

Workers were prompt but not very neat. I had some clean up to do after they left. I felt like I was imposing on them to do this job. While I was given a magnet when they arrived that stated they gave a senior discount, none was offered when I approached the subject.

I called Do It All Plumbing on a Saturday evening, hoping to get service for Monday before I left town that evening. Lots of local plumbers don't pick up the phone between Saturday night and Monday, so kudos to Do It All for their responsiveness! They told me that they'd be able to come out Monday afternoon towards the end of the day, but when I explained that I'd have to catch a flight that evening they rescheduled me for the first call of the morning, and showed up right on time --- about fifteen minutes early in fact. They quoted me over the phone $150 per valve, which is about double what I have paid in the past, but I really needed the job done within a specific time frame, so I decided to go for it. Unfortunately they forgot to mention that they charge a service fee, and a 5% credit card charge, so there was a little bit of confusion when they showed up - had I known that they charge an additional fee for credit cards, I could have had cash ready that morning (assuming that I also knew about the service fee) but instead I had to make them wait while I visited an ATM. They did negotiate a lower service fee, which I appreciated, and the plumber apologized profusely for failing to mention the service fee and credit card charge, citing a busy workload on the day that I had called. They sent two plumbers (which might account for the doubling of price over what I've paid in the past) and got the job done very quickly - but when I went out to check the work, I noticed that they had "upgraded" both valves from gate valves to ball valves. The plumber tried to explain to me - in a slightly condescending tone - that ball valves are better than gate valves and don't need as frequent repair or replacement, which I know to be true (I've seen these types of valves repaired before by simply replacing a washer, but they do need to be checked frequently and replaced from time to time), but I had asked for a replacement rather than an "upgrade" - and the ball valve on the hose connection resulted in a multidirectional flow that could have taken somebody's eye out, rather than the slow, ropy flow which I am used to, and which I prefer for watering my vegetables. He asked the guy on the truck to get the "cheaper" valve (although I notice that these savings were not passed on to me) and to their credit and my satisfaction, they swapped them out very quickly. Now that I have a functional indoor valve controlling the outside line, I think that with proper winter maintenance my new "cheap" gate valve will last for many years, providing the type of flow that I prefer. Overall I'm very satisfied with the job and happy to have been able to get these valves fixed before I left town, although I do have to give a slightly lower score than an A for those few miscommunications. I hope that this review inspires the plumber to be more transparent about service fees and credit card charges upfront, and to consult with homeowners before upgrading to a different type of valve or fixture, because other than those items they were professional, courteous, punctual, responsive, and did the job that I needed done. I'd hire them again. Thanks!!

Joe, the owner, responded immediately to my call the same day and was able to come over my house after I got off work after 5:00 p.m. Joe was very pleasant and quick to find the problem along with a solution.

Amazing! I called at 6:30pm saying I needed a plumber, same-day, and literally by 9pm THE SAME NIGHT! my sinks were fixed. Not only were they fast and professional (and I understand they have their own families too) but he literally sat there and answered all 200 questions my six year old had, without being the least bit annoyed. He was very understanding and even let him hold the flashlight (totally made his day). They were also very clean and very nice. I will absolutely use them again and refer them to everyone I know. And if that wasn't enough they are military-friendly. He literally said "I'll do what I can to help anyone that keeps us safe", with my husband being a marine, that means a lot. I never thought I'd be raving about a plumber but the experience was that great. Great job guys, keep it up!

Joe was awesome! I loved that he was so prompt, (I just called him this morning), gave me a really fair price for the work he did and was so knowledgable. I would definitely hire him again, and I'm planning to when I need to replace a toilet.

Excellent! Joe had a cancellation so he came out immediately after I called. Courteous, honest and very reasonably priced!! Job well done!

Joe was super responsive, listened to what I wanted to do, gave us really awesome advice and expertise. He did the trap replacement himself, got some really great guys to frame out and drywall with him and found me an excellent tile guy to install the schluter. He even negotiatied a great price for additional tiling with the tile guy. And, one day when my hot water wouldn't turn on in my other shower, he stopped over and helped me fix it for a good price. All the prices he quoted me were way under the quotes from other professionals, honest.

Joe and his team were professional and responsive. He came back several times after the work was completed to address small concerns. Joe kept me informed during the day about how the job was going.

I called and they offered to come out immediately, but I wasn't available. So we set up a time for the following day. He arrived early and performed the work quickly and provided constant communication as to what he was going to do before he actually did it and reviewed the prices w.me as well. He explained that whoever had installed the old equipment had used cheap plastic fixtures and he replaced everything w. metal. Also gave me some opinions/options in regards to some renovation work I was considering in my kitchen.

Joe was GREAT. I had attempted to install a new toilet myself only to have multiple problems. I called Do It All Plumbing on a Saturday morning and Joe was at my home in a little more than an hour. He did such a great job I asked him to help me with the new faucet, vanity top and cabinet. Joe was professional, polite and gave me information on the steps needed to complete the job. The service was GREAT. I would not hesitate to call Do It All Plumbing again.

My bathroom sink had been draining slowly for several weeks, but was completely stopped up on Sunday morning. I tried plunging it several times, but it remained clogged. That afternoon, I searched Angie's List for plumbers in my area. Do It All Plumbing is nearby and had excellent reviews. In addition, they had Sunday hours, so I called and Joe said he'd be able to stop by the next morning. He arrived promptly and was very pleasant. He snaked the drain, but the clog remained. He was determined to clear it, though, and snaked it three more times, but was unable to clear it. (He only charged me for one snaking.) Joe thought that, because it's an older house, the pipes were probably installed in a "T" shape rather than a "Y" shape, which made it impossible for the snake to get to the problem area. He said the only solution would be to replace the pipes and install new ones in the correct configuration. In order to access the pipes, he'd have to drill a hole in the adjoining wall. Fortunately, that could be done through a closet. Joe said he and his contractor Jeremy would be able to complete the work two days later. They arrived at the scheduled time, and I thought the work would take all day, but they were so efficient that the job took less than two hours! It should be noted that both Monday and Wednesday, Joe kept me advised of what was going on step-by-step, and encouraged me to view the work as it was being done. Also, both days, Joe and Jeremy did a total clean-up of their work areas before leaving. On Wednesday, Joe made sure the sink was draining properly, too. It's so good to have it working again. Thanks to Joe and Jeremy for their great work. I highly recommend Do It All Plumbing.

Do It All Plumbing was excellent. He was able to come out the same day the service call was placed which was on a Saturday. He was very quick fixing the water heater and even took the time to explain and show me the broken part. When he finish he left everything very clean and his bill was as he quoted me per the service call. I would defiantly call him again for future needs and recommend him to others.

Joe is always professional, responsive to my requests and punctual. He helped bring my vision to a reality for the third floor of our historic home which was never used for anything but storage prior. He took the time to direct me on the best least expensive options and his work added a lot of value to our home. It was a very challenging job which required him to haul a clawfoot tub up several flights of steps and through narrow spaces. I really appreciated his opinions and guidance through out the process. Aside from the new bathroom he also installed 2 new vanities when asked on site, along with unplugging a major clog in our second floor bath that occurred during the same time period.

First called Sears which was of no use to me. Their prices were good, but they don't install or assemble heaters. Next I looked at Angie's list (should have gone their first). The first plumbers were booked until Monday. Then I found Do it All Plumbing. I was directed to Joe immediately who was in a supply store and he was able to buy me the water heater I needed. He quoted a price for everything: installation, assembly, clean-up, and adding a modification on the new one which is required by law (my old one did not require it). At this point I decided to hire him. I was only about 10 am, yet he promised to be at my house by noon and he was actually a little early. He was also extremely neat, and took the old water tank with him. He swept all the debris under the heater, and cleaned the dirt and debris as he went along. He was professional, courteous, and completed the job well within the time frame that he quoted. He stated he would be here by noon and done about 6pm. He was actually earlier than noon and he was finished a little after 3pm. Nice Job.

I found them on Angie's List. They did a great job. I was really impressed with those guys. I keep their magnet in my office so if I need them I can get them in there.
