+ 0 moreIt's a family business, father and son always comes out here. Christian people. They work very hard, never complain, they tell me how much somethings gonna cost. It's never gone over, if anything it's been under.

+ -1 morethese guys are great. father and son. they can do just about anything and at a really good cost. they have done my grass, weeds, trimmed around my pond and leach pit. they put in a new fence for me. they cut down trees and grinded some stumps. great work and pricing. they are also Christians which is important to me.

+ -1 moreDan and Dave arrived early with a dump truck full of good topsoil from the farm and a bobcat with a device called a POWER RAKE. The power rake leveled out all the areas of my yard that needed it, along with removing any rocks and debris from the soil. It was really amazing to watch. Then Dan filled in low areas and top dressed needed areas with his own Medina Farm topsoil, which was excellent in quality (no rocks or clay, just pure black topsoil). They finally seeded and put straw down and fertilized . I was very satisfied with their work. I, of course, had to water regularly last year because of the dry weather, but the lawn came in awesome.
Description of Work: I hired DC Landscape and Excavation to level out my yard and plant grass afterwards. I have a half acre yard where the back was torn up due to a large black walnut tree being uprooted from a storm. The front yard was heaved due to trenching from downspouts that were previously run to the storm sewer. Dan and Dave Crocker (Father and Son Owner Operators from Medina Ohio) did the job very well. They were honest, hard working, and made sure I was satisfied with the leveling work as they performed it. They even filled in low spots in my yard that I didnt expect them to. They used EXCELLENT topsoil from their Medina Farm in my yard. Total Cost for approximately 8000 square feet of leveling and seeding was $1500 which I thought was very fair for the quality work they did.
