I found them on Angie's List but I did not see him do the work since it was at a rental property. Apparently it was alright because I got no complaint after he left. I just sent him a check when he was done. I had not used this company before. The technician contacted my tenant to arrange the work because she works nights and is hard to reach. The pricing was expensive; it was more than I expected to pay.

I called Bill and left a voicemail late afternoon on April 22nd saying I'll need plumbing assistance ASAP. He called me back promptly and made an appointment for 9 a.m. the next morning. He showed up right on time, introduced himself professionally with a handshake and took off his shoes at the door, and fixed my problem in about a half hour. I was thinking about getting a brand new toilet and having him install this (which he gave me some options for within my budget and offered to buy/install) but he said to save me money, he found a way to make my current toilet run much faster. He saved me a great deal of money with this. On top of all this, he took some money off the bill because it wasn't too difficult of a problem and he was out in a half hour. At the end he also said if I ever need any recommendations on other services that he knows a bunch of great services in the area that I could trust. Overall, very trustworthy, professional, friendly man who understands the customers' needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area!

We purchased a foreclosure home that needed extensive renovations. We asked Bill Biegel to come in and give us a quote before we made an offer. We needed this to make sure we could afford all the renovations needed to make the house livable. Bill got us an accurate quote in time. We are completely satisfied with all the work he did. We needed him to do it in several visits as the bathrooms and kitchens weren't completed at the same time. They came in whenever we needed them in a timely manner. They are all very professional and friendly and the work is always done quickly and appropriately. They also respond quickly to emergencies. We will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I can't say enough about Bill Biegel. While doing my repair he found a much more serious problem. He called Medina Sanitary engineers and RotoRooter. He came back when RotoRooter found they could not correct the problem. The contractor EliteExcavating had never hooked my house up to the sewer and for several months water and sewage had been pouring into my crawl spavce through an uncapped pipe. Because of him I am now hooked up to the sewer. He even called back to make sure the sanitary engineers were going to fix the problem. What an exceptional company

It's the week of Thanksgiving and family guests are arriving in 3 days. The toilet repair was needed quickly, since it is in the guest bathroom. I had originally planned to perform the toilet repair myself. In fact I tried several times to replace the toilet flush valve gasket, but could not stop the toilet from leaking. This led to frustration, due to the arrival of my guests nearing. I called Biegel Plumbing on Monday afternoon 11/21/11, and spoke to Bill. He informed me he would get back to me later in the day to see if he could fit me in on Tuesday 11/22/11. As promised Bill called back around 9pm, after a long day on the job. This immediately impressed me. I figured he'd call back Tuesday morning. He was able to fit me in on Tuesday and repaired both the toilet and shower head. Overall the experience was excellent. I will definitely use Biegel Plumbing in the future

At approximately 5:00 PM on a Friday, I went down in my basement for the first time in several days and discovered that I had an inch or more of standing water all over the floor. I called Biegel plumbing, as they had been to our house before to replace a water heater and also to do other plumbing work. Bill Biegel was at the house in about 15 minutes. He shop vac'd up the water from the floor and discovered that water heater, which had been installed three years previously, was leaking. He immediately went out and got another water heater, same size and make, and replaced the leaking one. By 8:30 the water heater was in place and the water mopped up. mr. beigel was extreely courteous and friendly throughout the entire transaction. He found the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, and left the work area tidy. Since the water heater was still under warranty, there was no charge for it, but Mr. Biegel also did not charge for a night call and did not charge for the travel time to pick up the water heater. I found the whole experience to be professional and reassuring.

Very well. Came within 30 minute - solved problem - cleaned up.

We live in a house built in 1880, so the septic system has old drain pipes. This is a fairly consistent problem, but Bill was very patient and did not try to sell us on a new drainage system. Although we are thinking in that direction.

Called the night before and set up appointment and got price. They arrived early (after calling), went about the work quickly. When finished removed the old tank from premises. All in a very timely manner. I was pleased with service.

Very professional and offered good advice on other maintnenace issues. Repaired or replaced only what was needed. Bill and his bother are very honest and could have racked up a larger bill but they advised us on only doing the necessary repairs. Nice to know there are good guys like these two in the business.

We had a great experience. They were efficient, friendly and very trustworthy. We had a separate problem, and he told us what the actual problem was. He kept us from paying additional money we didn't need to.

We called Biegel plumbing when our typical plumber did not respond to our phone call on the morning of New Year's eve. Bill answered our call quickly while he was on a different job and was able to come by the house before noon. He used a power-snake to clear out our sink line. The whole job took an hour or less. I have no idea if the $160 he charged was high, low, or about right. It was about what I expected. He was prompt and professional. He did not try to sell me any additional services. I would use him again.

Job was performed well and in a short time period.

They have been wonderful. They have done exactly what they said they would do at the price they said they would do it. I had an emergency toilet siutation that had nothing to do with them and Bill was here within an hour. With the ice maker, the people who were supposed to bring the fridge into the home never showed so they brought this huge fridge into the home and they didn't have to do that. They are very honest and I think they are wonderful. The price was part of the entire remodel ad they were reasonable. I think Bills wife handles the phone calls and they call me back within 15 minutes. That has been over several years. They are always on time and if anything they are early. They are very polite and try to be respectful of your property, they can't help dragging some things in and out.

It went very well. They performed the work the same same day they gave me an estimate and completed the work within an hour and a half.
