The installers were very personable individuals and did excellent work. Update on 12/28/24 since original post was done right after completion (had not even used the shower) and was told I would get a 15% refund/rebate by installer by writing a review. Would have been about $1800.00. But this was false and deceptive. Was also informed I could get a shave bar installed, but that did not happen either. Called to discuss these issues and also water pooling on base. Return call took about a week and left voice message. Called again and never got a return call back. Terrible customer service!!!

The experience was excellent. Matt, my salesperson, worked diligently on my behalf and provided a low-pressure scenario, in which he assured that I was happy and informed with all the choices made. The installers, Nathan and Tommy were meticulous in their work. They showed pride in their efforts, and took their time to do the job right. They were polite, and answered questions that I asked. The conversion to a walk-in shower looked great, and the area was cleaned up prior to their departure. When I have the next bathroom remodeled, I will certainly request this team!

I can't recommend Bath-R-Us. I paid $19K for a large shower that pools water and won't drain, and the door is to large allowing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. The materials are good and the installation team was professional but the design and end-product are not worth the money paid. The only way to correct the problems would be to tear out and replace the floor, but that is not what Bath-R-Us offered. They simply pried the floor up and tried to stuff extra material underneath to correct the floor drainage. It did not work. There has been no follow up.

I went extremely well. Rob the sales rep was did a very thorough job. The installers, Derek and Jake, did an awesome job. It started on Mon 8/8/22 and was finished by mid afternoon on the nest day, 8/9/22. The demolition was done in less than 2 hours. That was done very professionally. From what I can tell, they generated 2 or 3 garbage bags of debris. The tub was cut in half and removed. Most of the old tile walls were removed in intact pieces and very few tiles were shattered. They disposed all debris-none were left on my premises. The installation job was excellent. It looks great as you can see from the pictures. I highly recommend Bath R Us. I suggest that you request that Derek and Jake work on your project. They excel on what they do.

Excellent bathroom remodel, great installers and quality!!

The job was extremely well done. Doug and Junior did a very professional job, were very courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. They answered any questions we had, did a great job on cleanup after work was completed. Excellent!

Well, I have to say I was a bit nervous at the beginning because the price for this job is what I would call top dollar. However... The pros arrived on time. They did the entire job in a week. I really felt like my job was a priority for them, although they were picking up bits and pieces of others along the way. They did an outstanding job for me. The materials installed are absolutely stellar. Fabulous fabulous quality and beauty. (There's a life time warranty to boot). I recommend this company highly if you can afford the additional cost - it is totally worth it. Now, on to one of my pet peeves with remodels - the cleanup. These guys were super clean every single day. They were building stuff in my garage and they kept that clean too. If there were 6 stars, I would give it. They do beautiful workmanship on a fantastic product.

We paid the $600 deposit on June 26th. This was one item in several home upgrades we were completing. Unfortunately due to delays resulting from COVID-19, in getting the other steps completed prior to have this work performed we had to put off the installation. We finally had the last step the floor installation completed, called to schedule the install, and were told they no longer wanted to complete the job and would refund our deposit. All of the other contractors, electricians, painters, insulation cabinet and counter top installers all worked with us, and the delays.

Everything went great! Mike Depasquale was the representative I first met. He was on time and nice. The crews did a great job and everything looks amazing. Thank you.

Mike Sykora came over tonight and presented options to us for our shower replacement. We are excited for the opportunity to upgrade our shower and we were presented with a plan that is within our budget! Mike Sykora with Bath R Us provided us with some great recommendations and options for our bathroom remodel. We have a very small master bathroom, but found an option that will look great once complete. We appreciate the fact that he respected our home and wore a mask. We are excited for our new shower.
