Description of Work: I bought a new 50 gallon gas hot water heater through Home Depot which uses APCC as there installer. So the price included the hot water heater, the installation, the city permit, and a couple of additional parts that were needed to bring things up to the current Ohio Code. The installation went smoothly and everything was fine. However, the installer could have done a little better job cleaning up after himself as there was black residue left on the basement step and on the basement floor on both the finished and unfinished side of the basement. But this is a minor complaint. I was able to clean up in about 15 minutes with my shop vac and a damp mop.
