Extremely well! The completed product entirely exceeds our expectations. The design is precisely what we wanted and the finished product is of very high quality. Mary Jo (salesperson) helped us get the design we hoped for and her recommendations only further improved the kitchen. Brandon (carpenter) was a true professional. His work was immaculate. The only problem was that one cabinet door and three glass shelves were only available late, which set the timeline for finished product back about 2 weeks.

Our kitchen looks great! We couldn’t be happier. Our carpenters, Derek and Anthony, were very friendly and professional. They left our house last night with our kitchen looking new and spotless. Thanks guys, you did a great job!

The entire process went very well, from Mary Jo, to Terry with his helpful suggestions, to Patrick, our outstanding installer/carpenter. Patrick's attention to detail is fantastic - he did an excellent job. The quality of the product is excellent - solid wood doors and drawers that are beautiful. I love my new kitchen!

We are extremely pleased with the professional work performed by AWR on our thirty year old well worn kitchen. It looks brand new, with high quality solid wood cabinet doors, refaced surfaces, and brand new granite countertops. Mary Jo the salesperson was very helpful with her recommendations, Her experience and knowledge made the job much simpler. Our carpenter Scott was very professional, thorough and kept any disruptions to our house at minimum. He did great job in cleaning after himself everyday so that we could come home to a well ordered house. He was helpful in answering any questions that we had and offered professional insight and input when asked.

American Wood Reface updated our old wood kitchen cabinets with all new white wood doors, soft close doors and drawers, and refaced the outdated wood cabinets to match. From the initial consultations to the installation process they were professional and knowledgeable. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is great, and the install was seamless. We are very happy with the end product!

10 Stars!! My wife and I were so impressed with American Wood Reface. Their quote was several thousands LESS than a company that wanted to reface our cabinets with formica! AWR replaced our drawers/door with real hardwood. Scott, the installer, was tremendous. He showed up every day on time and worked through the day until 3:30 or 4:00 with no breaks or lunch time. You don't find dedication to the job like that today. Any question or concern we had he immediately answered or resolved. AWR went the extra mile and added molding to the ends or our cabinet to provide a custom look to the cabinets. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and attention to details that both the sales person and Scott, the installer, had from day one on this job. I would highly recommend AWR for anyone seeking to reface their kitchen cabinets.

During the initial consultation we were shown samples of various wood finishes and cabinet designs, given a thorough explanation of the refacing process with a quote that held up for 6 months. We we're impressed by our initial contact person, Mary Jo who had longevity with the company and brought a trunk load of sample cabinet doors and stains to choose from. From the time we placed the order, had measurements taken to the actual installation was 2 1/2 months. We we're very pleased with installation. The two trim carpenters completed our kitchen in three trips. Each time they cleaned up after themselves both inside the kitchen and in the garage where the sawing was done. The end result was amazing. We are very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the team at American Wood Reface. We highly recommend.

From start to finish (planning through completion) my kitchen project went smoothly and as expected. The quality of the workmanship was fabulous and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend American Wood Reface.

Overall, the job went very well. As with any large project, there were some changes that became necessary in the middle of the project, and AWR was easy to work with and reasonable in pricing the changes. The materials provided were all high quality. Ray, the carpenter assigned to our project, was an excellent craftsman, easy to work with, and cleaned up each day after he was done working. Although we did have to empty the cabinet contents, we were able to use our kitchen appliances throughout the project. In our project, I removed the old soffits and prepped the space (mainly moving wiring), and AWR then built new 12" cabinets where the soffits were. AWR then refaced the cabinet frames and provided new drawer fronts and full length cabinet doors, integrating the new cabinets they built. They also custom built a trim panel for an area where wall cabinets and a soffit were permanently removed over a peninsula. The way they did the ceiling cove molding around the cabinets and trim panel, we did not have to do anything to the existing kitchen ceiling. All of the ceiling edges from removing the soffits were completely covered. We also had AWR install roll out trays and under cabinet lighting for the countertop work areas. The end result is a kitchen that we love!

Let me first start with a huge thank you to the sales and install team that I worked with on this project. It was smooth, seamless and quite frankly one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to remodeling. Mary Jo (sales) instantly became part of the family on day one. The kids, our dogs and my wife and I absolutely loved our interactions with her. She was incredibly knowledgable, transparent, and ultra-flexible to ensure she was meeting our needs every step of the way. We could not have asked for more. Ray (carpenter) was one of the most professional contractors I have ever seen. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our time and our property. With the exception of when the countertops came off (only one day), our kitchen was never out of service and I could not have appreciated that more. And the finished product, let's just say it was AMAZING in every way. There was even a point near the end of the job where I accidentally put a ding in one of the brand new doors and Ray saved us from a divorce (joking) by instantly taking the door to the shop & having it repaired as if nothing ever happened. The folks from Rock Solid were amazing as well - one day in and out and we had beautiful new granite one the amazing base that Ray created for us. We noticed a small discrepancy in the finished product, but without hesitation they came out and fixed it on the spot. Again, amazing service. If I were to ever do a job like this again I would hire this whole crew in an instant. The people were great, the price was right on, and the finished product was more than I could have hoped for. Thanks American Wood Reface for restoring my faith in humanity and brining our vision to life.

I loved working with this company. Ron in sales helped with so many decisions once I decided to go with them, then Terry did an amazing job of doing 2nd round of measuring and then Ray did a fabulous job with the installation. He and his brother did a spectacular job. The guys who installed the granite countertop were excellent as well. The quality of the cabinet doors is outstanding and the whole new drawer beds are amazing. I would highly recommend them!

This is a follow up to my previous review concerning the excellent service provided by Mary Jo during her presentation and the fact their estimate was significantly lower (by 5 to 9 thousand) than the other estimates that we received. We never thought, based on their great reviews, that they would have the lowest estimate. Well the project was completed on 1-19-19. It included a complete kitchen reface; removal of our granite countertops and replaced with quartz from the Cambria marble collection; new sink and faucet install; two additional under the counter sliding drawers; two kitchen drawers replaced; and two huge laundry room cabinets installed. The carpenter handling the project was Brandon and he is a true artisan. His ability and skill level in all facets of the install were amazing; for example the perfect match of the cabinet strips, the attention to detail, the work ethic, professionalism, etc. Brandon started on Thursday and finished on schedule a week later on Friday. He has been with the company over 16 years, has done numerous installs, and all types of associated carpentry from small to huge projects. Reviews from the other competitors had complaints concerning the experience level and retention of quality craftsmen and this was our concern in undertaking a project of this size and expense. In summary, the whole experience from beginning to end was way beyond our expectations and the end product was truly outstanding. I don't know how any other company out there could match what American Wood Reface offers.

Wonderful! Our Master Carpenter did a great job and was very good at his craft. We love our new cabinets and it feels like a brand new kitchen.

The whole process was smooth start to finish. The salesman Ron was on top of everything, and the carpenter Roger was skillful, efficient, clean and courteous. We are very happy with the process and finished product.

Scott, our carpenter did an outstanding job. He paid close attention to every detail and made our kitchen look amazing. All the work that was agreed upon was completed to a Tee. Ron, Am Wood Reface Sales person was also highly professional and was able to uniquely differentiate American Wood Reface vs. others we looked at. No high pressure tactics which was greatly appreciated! My wife and I are very pleased with the end result and and would highly endorse American Wood Reface!

We were so pleased with Pat Tuttles work. He was so easy to work with and is a very skilled carpenter. He completed the job in a timely manner and it looks like a brand new kitchen. We couldn’t be happier!

Company was easy to make the plans and design with quite a few options for a complete kitchen. Our contractor, Patrick was a perfectionist. Every cabinet refaced looks like a new one. Every angle was mitered perfectly. Patrick easily became one of the family during the process. I loved my cabinets before, but didn't like the way they looked in time. Now I love them all over again. The quartz countertops are amazing. New sink and plumbing installation was effortless. I highly recommend American Wood Reface.

Went Outstanding. Our refaced cabinets came out as good, and probably better than new. There were a lot of extra's that were not in the new cabinet quotes that we had received which were near or more than the American Wood Reface price same or higher prices. Scott, our carpenter did an outstanding job. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He was very meticulous and prided himself on doing the best possible job, which in our opinion he did. Also every day he cleaned up the kitchen and the garage, where he was sawing. We are very extremely pleased with how cabinets came out and happy that we selected American Wood Reface for our project.
