Always showed up for appointments when scheduled, Quote delivered on time. Job performed in timely fashion as agreed. Excellent workmanship, clean up great, Highly recommend that you follow whatever recommendations they make. They picked the right color stain and sheen, which was tricking when matching aged Cherry. The also made some additional recommendations that were unintended improvements and I was so happy that I did. The kitchen was transformed from a builder grade basic kitchen to a custom kitchen look.

We thrilled with the work they did for us. I couldn't be more pleased with a company. We did have an issue where the cabinets were starting to drop a little. They came right out and fixed it beautifully, with no issues, even though it was a good 2 years after they installed it! The workers were very professional and did a great job at maintaining the mess. When they left each evening, everything was tidied up.

Compared to other estimates I had, the price was fair. The quality of the work was good. They came out when they said they were going to. They couldn?t do the work until January but I needed some work done right away. They found the time to do it and didn?t charge me extra. They went above and beyond. I would use them again if I needed to.

We were referred to them by friends and did not do any comparison shopping. They did a beautiful job. They completed the work in the time frame they said woud. If needed, I would hire them again.

We looked at a few other refacing companies and were not impressed. We did not want fake wood in our 1940's colonial. We called American Wood Reface and the salesman was very professional and showed us an extensive collection of wood types and stains. The measurer was extremely detailed in the requirements of the job. The called to tell us when installation would take place and one skilled carpenter completed the job and worked Monday through Friday ( every job starts on a Monday). He also repaired a shelf for my microwave that he thought was unsafe. He cleaned up every day and was extremely courteous and professional.

This was probably one of the best experiences ever from the sales consultation to the actual work performed. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional, courteous and willing to please me. I felt very at ease from start to finish and the quality of the work was exceptional. Also, Terry the carpenter went above and beyond...I am very grateful. Thanks for your wonderful work.

They were great! They were efficient and courteous. Their prices were fair, we had a number of estimates before we went with them.

pat's work was meticulous, and he cleaned up beautifully after every day of work. the salesman, chris, ably advised me on how to improve the kitchen's functionality. i would employ the company again in a hot minute. the Amish-made doors are beautiful.

This was SO MUCH easier than the complete kitchen remodel that I went through at another home 5 years ago. If your kitchen layout already works, refacing is definitely the way to go. Rick and Russ, the installers, were very easy to get along with and the job was completed on time with very little disruption to our day to day living. Jason, the owner, was also easy to work with and went above and beyond what I felt to be the call of duty with respect to ordering special parts, etc.

All workers were on time. All calls were returned promptly. All work was done very professionally and they all did a great job, especially Brandon.

These people are the pros, one wishes to have complete project. From initial meeting to the last speck cleaned. All was discussed clear organized and made sense.

One carpenter did all the cabinet, plumbing and electrical work. He started the day he said he would start but took a little longer to finish. However, the cabinets look beautiful and we are very happy with the work. Brandon (our carpenter) was very professional and kept the place very clean. I would recommend them again. It was easy to work with them since they handled everything including the granite. We only had to hire another contractor for our tile work. Ultimately, we have a higher-end look by doing a re-face than if we had ripped out all our cabinets. We saved money by doing the re-face, and you would never know the difference!

The workers were prompt, they cleaned up, they never wasted any time. They were excellent. This wasn t an emergency. I saw them at a home fair then looked into it and saw that they were on Angie s List, and it was actually because of them that I joined Angie s List. We started with the cabinets and we ended up using Angie's List for hardwood floor and granite and all the other things we redid in the kitchen, so essentially, Angie's List was sort of like the general contractor we referred to for all the services we had done.

It was horrible. We got their name from a home show. The sales person came and he was also their design person, their own carpenter told us that "Chris can't design for crap". After Chris came, another guy came out to measure the cabinets and after that the carpenter showed up he needed to remeasure the cabinets because he said that Jason was brain damaged from Agent Orange, so we wouldn't be able to count on him. We were supposed to be getting more storage space and we ended up with less storage space. Now I can't put everything back that I used to have in my kitchen. They showed up late, they do not return phone calls and they got wood stain on my fridge and stove. In my pantry closet, the shelves are so narrow the cans can fall threw. Replaced my sink and now I only have hot water and the cold water just trickled out and I had to get another plumber to fix it. The sink also fell out; it was to be permanently glued in and I have been trying to get them to come out and fix it. He also dropped a screwdriver down into the drain and he would keep saying that I'm no plumber. I did not want a stainless steal sink and they said that I had to have a stainless steal sink because I got granite and that has to have an undermount. I was counting on them to be the "experts". It took a week longer than it was suppose to. They put in pull-outs in my cupboard and now I can't put my frying pan on the shelf, which again leaves me with not enough storage space. I wanted cabinets all the way up to the ceiling and they told me that I could not do that because it wouldn't be able to hold the weight. My neighbor had somebody else redesign her kitchen and they gave her a white sink and she got cabinets up to the ceiling, which this company said they could not do. But they did build the cabinets with really good quality wood. Also the lady in the office is wonderful, she is very kind, concerned but the rest of them I would never use them again. Run for the hills do not use them, they really shouldn't be in anybodies house!! Very very dissatisfied with my service and I was so frustrated with them that they had me in tears.

They did a great job and the price was good. They came in and finished the job in three days. The quality of the wood is excellent. They have a lifetime guarantee, so I can call anytime I have a problem and they will come out. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

They use as few workers as possible in order to maintain consistency. When the need came up, they brought in extra personnel. The work was done professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. The salesman was very accurate and thorough with his presentation.

The best quality service that I've ever had in my life! Chris came out for the estimate. He had lots of displays to show me of the wood and finishes and he gave me a lot of options to choose from. I appreciated actually being able to see the display instead of just pictures, because we were actually able to see the quality of the cabinets and the wood I would be purchasing. Jason Hicks, the president of the company, was nice, honest professional and was more than accommodating in all aspects of the job. Terry Murray, the installer, was a master carpenter and his work was phenomenal! He cleaned up well and completed the project in only 5 days. Talk about 'bang for your buck', I got more quality than I would have expected at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. This is an A+ company.

They did a beautiful job. The wood is gorgeous. They only had one man, so it was a little slow but a great job. Prompt. Very pleased.

Jason the owner was super to work with in finding a stain for my cupboards. The workers were very quiet, didnt smoke in the house, never cut through the yard, over the grass. Began working immediately, no foul language.

The carpenter -- Rick -- was very pleasant and accommodating, arrived on time and cleaned up reasonably well. It's quite a dusty job. The workmanship was truly outstanding. I called about three weeks after the installation was complete to ask about a minor adjustment to two doors that were slightly rubbing (probably due to the summer humidity), and received a prompt reply. In fact, I left my message on an answering machine on a Saturday; the president of the company returned my call on Sunday. He offered to come out or to walk me through a simple task of adjusting hinges; I opted for the latter, which worked just fine.

They were easy to work with and came right out. They were professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me. I recommend them very highly.

American Wood Reface did a great job! Our kitchen looks fantastic. Before signing the contract with them they offered several references, which we called. We were even invited to some homes to see the work that was done. Mary Jo, our sales rep, was a pleasure to work with. She was involved in the process from start to finish. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW KITCHEN! WE LOOKED AT OTHER REFACING COMPANIES & THEY USED MATERIALS THAT LOOKED LIKE CONTACT PAPER. WHEN WE SAW THAT AMERICAN WOOD REFACE USED SOLID WOOD MATERIALS & THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, WE WERE SOLD. THE CARPENTERS DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB & HAD OUR KITCHEN COMPLETELY DONE IN ONE WEEK.
