Aapex Construction & Restoration, LLC

We placed our request for a door replacement on Angie's List on 9/7/20. We had 2 appointments with Aapex, with a third scheduled today. During the second appointment they said they would not replace the door until the roof and gutter were repaired. Today's appointment was for the roof, but they cancelled 30 minutes before, informing us that they would not repair my roof and would only replace it due to their 10-year warranty. I let them know that I was not expecting a warranty for a repair, but they advised that they would not do the job unless we replaced the entire roof. This was a complete waste of two weeks of precious time to do this work before the winter. I am very disappointed, especially because the staff live in my community and are my neighbors. We are left feeling that our job wasn't big enough for them. We will not do business with Aapex again.
