After 2 visits to the house the septic issues were still not fixed. We waited 8 hours for them to snake our main line, all the while promising they would be there soon. We couldn't even flush the toilet!!! My husband was taking buckets of water out the front door from the bath tub! We waited and waited until they told us they could not come that evening - after we had waited 8 hours. Terrible customer services. Left us abandoned.
Description of Work: We were abandoned. Left us waiting for hours during an emergency.

Two people came out. I had a plug in my basement and they brought out a truck and took out 10,000 gallons of water. They were reasonable and their service was superb.
Description of Work: I last used Tom's Sewer and Septic Service to clear out the roots from trees in the pipes a year ago Christmas.
