I am in shock about how fast our project completed . Not only were they speedy the quality is amazing! I have worked with other company’s before for roofing needs and this company is top tier . I will tell everyone I know about Map construction! I can’t stop talking about how beautiful my roof is

Matt came out to take a look at our roof after the big hail storm. Unlike any other company, he was super honest, that our roof was in good shape and there wasn't any damage that would require changing the whole roof. It was so refreshing to not have someone push us into a major renovation, and just being kind and straightforward.

This company is great, very professional & friendly!! From beginning to end (5/22/23 - 6/8/23), everything was efficient. When I had questions, I was quickly provided the answers. Plus, the roof repair job was completed two weeks early.

Matt and his team did a beautiful job installing a new furnace at a great price! The finished work was very clean and well done. They were also very responsive as the existing furnace was old and not functioning properly.

This was by far the best experience we could have asked for. Our AC wasn’t acting properly, and as usual when something isn’t working it happens at the worst time (middle of summer). Our AC unit was outside of warranty and it was time for a new one. We looked around, were given long wait times and high prices from several other companies. MAP construction made time to fit us in for an initial inspection, detailed everything they would and could do to help the situation, and were extremely reasonably priced. They were on time when coming to start work, updated us on progress throughout the day, and the final bill was even a little under the initial price!! The in home technicians were respectful of our home, clean and very polite, professional, prompt and courteous. The owner, Matt, has even checked up on us to see if everything is to our satisfaction. This is a top notch company, and we will be using them again for any future projects.

First off, Matt & MAP Construction came with several independent recommendations. And they didn't disappoint. The price, service, and quality all exceeded expectations. Matt's crew knocked out the project in a day. They had unexpected problems and handled them like pros. They also didn't leave behind any garbage which was greatly appreciated. Our Air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air and MAP Construction was able to come out very quickly to assess the problem. They were able to diagnose a leak in our system and provide a fix to get us through the remainder of summer. Matt was very honest about the lifespan of our system and presented us options for new units as well as the cost to repair the existing model. We weren't expecting to be able to spring for a replacement, but we were pleasantly surprised at how affordable the replacement options were. I can't recommend MAP Construction highly enough.

Matt and his team are fantastic. I use them on every one of my investment properties. He prices are fair, his timing is punctual and his price rarely changes from what is estimated. I will continue to use MAP and highly recommend them to anyone.

When I first called Matt he came out and did a free estimate he came in at half the price of another estimate I had received and had to pay $99 for. His staff was very knowledgeable personable friendly and best of all timely. They got the job done in a few hours and did not leave a mess. I will use MAP Construction for all of my HVAC and construction needs and I would recommend them to everyone

Matt and his guys were prompt, neat, detail oriented and affordable. Only wish MAP did carpentry, electrical and plumbing too so all my home repairs could be this smooth.

Matt and his team did great job with explaining the HVAC system design, components, operation and install of my HVAC system. Matt and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Working with Matt and his team at MAP Construction was great! After finding missing shingles from wind damage, his crew came out and temporarily tarped the damaged areas. I filed an insurance claim and Matt helped navigate the process. Fortunately, my roof was covered by insurance. I picked the shingle color and they had all of the materials delivered to my house. The shingles were put directly onto my roof and the remaining materials were out of the way. On the day of replacement, they brought a dump trailer and parked it in the driveway and got to work. The ended up replacing rotting wood (which is not covered by insurance), but let me know ahead of time this may be extra. The roof turned out great and they filed the warranty registration for me. Would definitely recommend!
