+ -1 moreVery good experience from the Salesman, Ron, who priced out and wrote up the contract to the crew who did the job. The crew was on time and took off 2 roofs in 2 hours and put on the new roof in 2 hours. They cleaned up my entire yard and made sure there was no debris in my neighbor yard too. I would recommend this company to any one who needs a new roof on their home.
Description of Work: They had to remove 2 roofs, inspect wood and reroof my home.

Description of Work: This roofing company is exceptional. I was working under a deadline to ensure my insurance would be renewed and they pulled out all of the stops to get it done. They replaced the entire roof on the house and garage. Many sheets of plywood had to be replaced. They also kept in touch each step of the way, despite the fact that I was out of state and they were working on my rental home. I would highly recommend Tom's Roofing.

+ -1 moreWe dealt with representatives of Tom's Roofing. On day of work the crew & trucks were from another company; i.e., they had a different name on the side of trucks. When we asked about it the staff said it was a brother's company. Left many roof staples and insulation sheeting in pieces throughout the job site. We found a "dent" in roof upon job completion. When asked about it they said that was the shape of the roof line, and not their fault. Job was completed in one day.

+ -1 moreFor the most part the roof has held up well. They were easy to speak to and he answered my questions. They were prompt and their clean up was very good. We did find a couple of shingles that were not nailed properly but it was years later we discovered them coming up. They were easy to repair this past summer. I have recommended them to others several times.

+ -1 moreWe contacted them and they came-out to repair the leaks, which they made us pay extra for. We didn't end up having any additional problems after they came back out to make the repairs.
Description of Work: They put a new roof on our house right before we moved into it; the previous owners paid for the new roof. Shortly after we moved-in, the roof started leaking, so we had to have them repair the new roof.

+ 2 moreMilo was able to accomodate my schedule which was a late fall, 2008 installation that I was trying to time with the repainting of my exterior. He strongly recommended doing the roof first and he prioritized our project so as to complete it before the weather turned bad. Materials arrived sooner than expected and his crew was able to begin the work within a week of contract signing. The crew arrived early in the morning and was finished by the end of the day, coming back the next day to cleanup as promised.
Description of Work: My 1700 sq. foot colonial and detatched two car garage needed an entire re-roofing job which involved the tear off of approximately 3 layers of shingles and extensive replacement of sheathing that had rotted away on the house roof. Milo came out twice to give me an estimate and was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. I included soffit vents and a ridge vent and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the entire project was going to be considering the massive amount of work involved and the height of our house.
