My experience with them was excellent overall, they did a fine job. Jim Wegiel, the owner, explained very clearly what he intended to do and gave a clear rational explanation for each aspect of the job. His price was competitive. I think mainly my satisfaction has to do with the care of which he managed the job. Obviously he did not do the installation himself but he supervised his crews each day and they have an excellent crew that maintained the exact standard that Mr. Wegiel promised. They quickly solved several complicated installation problems.

Jim Weigel is the owner and did the work himself. He gave me a five year warranty.

I liked that they were the low bid, but they still covered everything. The workmen that came out were also very courteous while they were here and did a good job with clean up. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Jim's team came early each day and worked at least till 5 P.M, they did a thorough job replacing rotted wood and broken stucco cement where it had come loose. They carefully laid down a waterproof sub-surface, then a top surface of heavier roofing. At the end of each day they cleaned up the debris, and left the property clean over the weekend. No music, just working. I spot checked the work from time to time and believe they did a workmanlike job on the entire project. His team supervisor has been with him for 17 years. This is the third job they've done here, and I trust their work. the amount paid is the sum of the two, $18,600, and indicating that this represents two jobs done by Approved Roof Systems, both of which were done very professionally.

Jim was very professional and both my wife and I felt comfortable with him. It was a one day job and his crew did great work and cleaned up after themselves. You could barely tell anyone had done work at my house. Would definitely recommend Approved to others.

I called for an estimate on Monday and spoke with Jim Weigel. He asked a series of questions about the job and said he would be out to the address and leave a written estimate in my mailbox by the end of the week. When I returned from work on Friday the estimate was in the mailbox. The estimate was handwritten and I have no idea if Jim was on the roof or inspected/measured from the ground. Jim was very pleasant over the phone and followed through on his promise to estimate before the end of the week, which is all I asked for. We chose not to go with this company even though their quote was the lowest of the four estimates we received.

The owner came out to give the estimate, he has full time employees as to ensure high quality work. They did a great job and i would recommend them.

Just as promised, they completed the roof in mid-September at the price estimated. They were done in one day. Very professional. Great job.

They were professional and cleaned up well every night. There was no loud music playing and the experience was as painless as it could be. Jim was the gentleman we dealt with and her was very responsive and always answered his cell phone. I would recommend them to others.

WORK NOT DONE SINCE THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS.

I called on a Friday morning. My call was promptly returned. Jim apologized for the inability to come out that same afternoon but came the following Monday morning to fix my leak.

Great detailed estimate, better than any of the other ones. Professional, always call me back in a timely manner. I plan to use them.

I thought they were excellent and did a great job. You have to schedule it pretty far out, they are so good though it's worth the wait. I had several people come in for estimates and his came in the lowest. He hired another company for the gutters but they are beautiful. He does everything right on the roof. He put six feet of ice guard around the edges when some other people put only 3 feet. My roof has a lot of peaks valleys and flat spots, after he was finished, overall, it was great except one spot of carpentry on the sunroom. I called him and the master carpenter came out and redid that section beautifully.

Jim was courtesy and on time. His workers were also on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job.

We were exceptionally pleased with Jim Weigel's crew! They arrived early, and did the entire job in less than 3-days, as planned. They cleaned up EVERYTHING, even on the first day when knew they'd be coming back the next. Our neighbors commented on how thoughtful the workers were about their adjoining driveway. The job was professionally done, and came in at EXACTLY the estimate that Mr. Weigel had given us (even less, when you include the $200 Angie's List discount)! Mr. Weigel was responsive to our questions, even after the job was completed. We've already recommended this company to friends.

Jim and his crew did an exceptional job! We needed a complete roof tear off for our home and since our roof was steep it was a very difficult job. I got several estimates and Approved Roof was one of the most reasonable quotes, but it was also one of the most detailed and well prepared quotes. The crew was wonderful, they took care with our property and cleaned up well every day. The roof looks great and we are so pleased with Jim and Approved Roof Systems. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very prompt. They came out the same day to see the job within 48 hrs completed. We had originally called another company, but they did not return our call within a week.

Thorough inspection, prompt call back and estimate. Good price for work. I ended going with another company after I decided do vinyl siding and replacement windows as well. I could get a better price with a package deal with one company. I would recommend them to others.

I left a message when I first called, and my call was returned promptly. They are booked for the rest of the year, and since I have a leak and need my roof replaced as soon as possible, I decided to look elsewhere.

Jim Weigel is a professional. He was prompt in responding to phone calls. This was an EXCELLENT experience. Every time I look at the new roof I smile.

Jim has always been great on coming out to look at our problem, giving us a quote, and doing the repair by the specified date which he gave us.

Came out promptly and gave an estimate of $1,500, plus any wood replacement costs needed (the extra $120). Said that they would try to fit us in amidst their other work. Two weeks later 4 guys came and completed the job in one day. Cleaned up quite well. We are pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

Superb experience. The crew worked hard and they were professionals. Daily and final clean-up were outstanding. The price was not the lowest, but given quality of work and all other intangibles, we are extremely satisfied.

Good - Mr. Weigel is a friendly, professional person who quickly looked at the job and let me know what he would do to fix our leaking roof.
