Awful! We had nothing but problems! We have been in our home for 11 months. Builder left our home unfinished and took 98% of our money. He sent a letter requesting we not contact him again! We have since replaced HVAC system since he installed a unit too large for our home. We replaced basement windows that were leaking water,these windows were pulled out by hand in one piece! The was no caulk around the windows! Repainted damaged kitchen cabinets. Replaced kitchen cabinet doors. Painted wood trim that was done incorrectly. Replaced damaged french door. Repainted front door that arrived pre painted and they damaged and painted with incorrect paint. They damaged concrete driveway. Our home has wood flooring and that needs replacing in areas that were damaged by builder and areas builder replaced incorrectly(wrong direction). This home was build below industry standards. Very disappointed! Now we are having the outside caulked and repainted. All caulk is separating. Live wires for electrical outlets were left behind the fireplace. The staircase hand rails are loose and need repairing. Stair case isn't safe! An outside light was repaired by the builder several times and never worked. When the electrician came he showed me it was never wired! I can list more problems but it's upsetting. This was a custom home and we had budgets for allowances that were impossible to meet. Builder is not at the job site as promised. The home was delayed. Completion time was eight months and we moved in after 18 months and it wasn't completed. We did upgrade so that takes a little longer but not 10 months. Also builder went on vacation for 2 weeks when the house was 6 months behind completion date. If you meet them they are deceiving. They are very nice and friendly. Also all the work is subcontracted to the cheapest bidder and workmanship isn't a consideration. They also work under a name of TurnKey Renovations. Beware! Call lumber companies..Lowes, 84, and Modern Builders for their opinions. Wish I had !

This contractor does substandard work. His budgets are too low. We are very disappointed with all the major mistakes made during construction. Our HVAC system is too large for the home and we are required to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. Driveway, flooring, doors, kitchen cabinets, and doors are a few of the items damaged that need replacing. He takes no responsibility for his poor workmanship. Our home was delayed and took and extra nine months to complete. This is due to the fact that he doesn't show up and works other projects. We were blamed for the delays. I complained many times about him not being present and working to no avail. I found him doing roofing jobs and remodels. This is a company I would never recommend. We regret using Wright Custom Homes.
