Responded the same day as my phone call. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Checked every day for change in status, He delivered on his commitment and I would use him again if necessary.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Mark is very knowledgeable and very professional. He always was quick to follow up and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I was very pleased with his recommendations, work quality, and value for services provided. I would recommend him for any time of wildlife or pest treatment.

We called Mark regarding some noise we were hearing in our attic space. He came out the next day and did a full area inspection of the house to figure out what was making the noise we were hearing. He determined it was a raccoon and located the point of entry. He gave us a list of preventative work that he recommended be completed in order to get rid of the raccoon and left the decision up to us whether we wanted him to complete the work or not. We chose to have him do the repairs and catch our pest and could not be happier with how it all turned out. He did a great job on all the repair work and was able to catch the raccoon that was entering our space. We found Mark to be very friendly, reliable, knowledgable, and willing to answer any questions we had. Thanks so much Mark!! We greatly appreciate all the work you did for us!

.Great experience. Mark was fastidious in everything he did: his appearance, his truck, his careful inspection of the property, his listening skills, his punctuality. Before he came, he explained his pricing on the phone. Another contractor didn't know how to prevent woodpecker damage which worsened the problem. Also, while looking for mouse evidence he said that the attic trap door was painted shut. Not Mark. He got a ladder and pushed to open the trap door. Also carefully inspected another attic area with a flashlight. Repair: The woodpecker made a hole in a window casing. Mark put his fingers in the hole and explained exactly what had happened and how to deter the bird from returning. The bird hasn't come back. I'm lucky to have found Mark!

We had no luck, as it turns out. He suspected that someone else had already trapped our problem groundhog, but his professionalism and courtesy will cause me to call him again with any further needs I might have.

Mark was called because I had bats in my garage. He came out and did the inspection the garage and house for signs of pest problems and then came back 2 days later and sealed all areas that were possible entry/exit points on the garage (at my request the house was not done). The job was performed better than expected and hopefully the bats will be gone for good!!!
