snow removal
+ -1 moreWhen it snows they usually come out right away. Our monthly homeowners association fee that covers the cost. They usually do a good job. As long as they get the job done in a timely manner, I'm not really concerned because I don't have to do it.
Description of Work: They do snow removal for my driveway, front walk and front porch.

siding
+ -1 moreThey replaced it at their cost; we didn't have to pay anything. As long as it got replaced, I was OK with it. I just hope they try not to do it again. I was pleased that they took care of it without any problems.
Description of Work: They replaced some of the siding on our house after their crew ran into it with their equipment.

+ -1 moreIt was OK. As long as we don't have to do it, I don't really pay much attention. This was out of their control but we had an experience where their crew ran into the side of the house with their equipment and we had to have the siding replaced. It wasn't a problem, it was just an inconvenience.
Description of Work: They mow the lawn every week during the summer. They also fertilize the lawn.
