The communication was terrible. They drug out the work to 2.5 months. I called weekly to find out what was going on. I had to have someone take out the old countertop. They were sub-contracting the work. I finally got it done. My daughter is an attorney. She contacted to them which they then had a subcontractor come out. I kept asking for my money back and they wouldn't do it. I paid cash upfront. Eventually, it got done. They offered a free sink. It looked like an inferior sink. Buyer beware.

I met with Erica three times and had difficulty choosing the layout and other design elements. I made frequent changes as I discovered another aspect of the design or decor that I had not considered. Today, I was informed by email that the design department could no longer work with me because I was taking more time and attention than they could give. An appointment for this coming Saturday had been set up with them to give me a quote, and they have chosen not to quote the job. I'm disappointed that The Andersons kitchen design department thinks they can fire a customer! Do not use them unless you already pretty much know what you want.

The repair was made within a reasonable length of time, however I felt that the price was pretty steep. Had to pay an additional $121.00 in service costs just to replace the belt on my riding mower.

The experience was phenomenal! The paint expert provided answers to every question my grandmother and I had for him, he also suggested a few tips when painting the bathrooms for the best quality and craftsmanship.

The company gave me an estimate and gave me what the estimate was all about. They were prompt with their repair. They were excellent. But I think probably they are charging a bit little higher price.

They always have coupons and so their pricing is very good. They are easily available and so it is good for me. I had to take my vehicle back after service this time.

This was the second year that I brought my Honda mower in for annual service. They have a checklist of things they are supposed to do and when I double checked once I got home, many of these had not been done. The mower blades were not even sharppenedd. What a rip-off. When called they said to bring it back in but I had to borrow someone's truck the first time to bring it in so I just performed the maintance myself.

The work was done to my satisfaction, and I think that they are reliable. The price was fair, I was satisfied with the price and I thought they just did a good job.
