water heater repair
+ -1 moreI didn't like them. I didn't use them ever again. I asked them to come out and fix a particular problem and they had no skill in that area. So then they found other problems to fix. I don't think they were well trained. They could have fixed the original issue that I had them come out for. They would be okay for basic stuff and that's about it.
Description of Work: I used Satterthwaite for plumbing. They replaced the rod coming out of the hot water heater. They were corroded. They also did some other minor repairs.
