 + 0 moreIt went well. my only complaint was that the trim on one window needs replaced. they came out and said they would fix it. they said it was their busy season and could I wait. I said, no problem. that was four months ago and I still havent seen them

Description of Work: I HAD COMPLETE HOUSE WINDOWS DONE BY THEM IN 2007. I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH BOTH THE PRODUCT AND THE INSTALLING TEAM. UNFORTUNATELY SINCE THATTIME I HAVE NEEDED TWO WINDOWS REPLACED DUE TO BREAK INS TO MY HOME. tHE INSTALLER OF REPLACEMENT WINDOWS BOTH TIMES HAVE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE GONE THE EXTRA MILE BOTH TIMES TO GIVE ME THE HIGHEST QUALITY INSTALL AT THE LOWEST PRICE AND HAVE EVEN DEMONSTARTED CONCERN WITH MY SITUATION TO MAKE SURE MY ALARM SYSTEM WAS ABLE TO BE CONNECTED BY ME ONTO THE NEW WINDOW AND WORKING BEFORE THEIR DEPARTURE. I REMAIN SATISFIED WITH NOT JUST THE PRODUCT BUT ALSO THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS COMPANY BOTH PER PHONE AND IN PERSON.

 + 0 moreIt went perfect! No run around at all. We gave Renewals by Andersen a call and they put us in contact with Renewals by Andersen of Northwest Ohio to help us out. We told them the issues we were having and let them know it was still under warranty. They sent Derrick out and he did all the work under the warranty with no charge at all. We are very happy with all the windows and all the work that was done and happy that we made the choice to use Renewals by Anderson. Would refer them to all of our neighbors.

 + -1 moreThe two workers arrived at the time they said they would and started work right away.They were very professional and polite and when they left for the night they cleaned everything up,swept the floors,picked up anything they had used that day in the way of tools.The windows are top quality and beautiful and very efficient.The workers,the manager and everyone connected with Renewal by Andersen went above and beyond what was expected of them.It truly reminded me of days gone by when the customer was always right and the customer could expect the very best work and quality for their money.I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone considering replacement windows.The whole experience was a very positive one.
