The service technician (Kevin) arrived promptly and was very professional. After it was determined that the board was bad he called the office for a price. The manager Bill gave him a price of $650 for the board. The median price from various dealers online for the same board (OEM) is $267.00. I asked if we could just purchase the board ourselves and have it installed, he said no its against company policy. I just paid for the service call $90 + tax for the first 15min, $70 and hour after that, and the technician left. I have dealt with this company in the past and "thought" that I had been given a fair price. I called the manager Bill to make sure there wasn't some misunderstanding before I left this review. I couldn't believe that they would mark a part up almost $400 dollars, there had to be some mistake. His response was, yes it's $650, that's the price I'm charging you, I have to make money. When left with the option of a bad review he later called back and offered the part at a lower price, still $200 over retail. I won't be dealing with this company again.

They responded to our request quickly. We received a great price and decided to have the liner replaced. Rick helped pick the liner. He came to the house and measured the pool and ordered the liner. The liner arrived early on the 18th of October. Rick arrived early and started the removal and installation of the liner.. We had problems with the company that I had lined up to deliver the water. Rick helped with the water company to deliver the water on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. The measurement was meticulous and the liner fit perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results. Great people to deal with.
