window treatments
+ -1 moreI've never started from scratch before-with bare windows. I had no idea what I wanted to do, but felt pressure to put something up and fast. After much looking, Beth helped me figure it all out and I am happy. I didn't spend a lot of money so I can change things when the mood strikes. I even bought some panels that I didn't like once I had them up and took them back with no problem. Beth is very friendly and I'd recommend asking for her if you need window treatments and go to Penney's!
Description of Work: I needed curtains for 3 rooms and had no idea what I wanted. I looked and looked at stores, online and finally found Beth at Penney's who helped me narrow down what I wanted and was very patient with me. With her help, I bought what I needed and am very happy with my purchases.
