Very well, besides them being an hour late but I did call them and they said they were running behind. They did an awesome job for the removal of my 6’x4’ bathroom mirrors.

Did a great job, you could not even tell they were touched. I wish they have a little better communication when scheduling the service after ordering the glass. Will hire again.

Jeff Lorenz was my contact and he was professional in every respect. His work, clean up and politeness could not be beat. First class job in all respects.

They were ok but they had to return to replace their window within a few months as the seal had failed already. A few of the employees seem to have attitudes when talking to them on the phone. Surprised to find other Glassdoctors such as in Cleveland and Columbus offering large discounts. For example, Cleveland is offering if you prebuy at $95 you get $125 worth of service. Others offering $25 coupons. Toledo ? Nothing. I did find two other area glass companies offering a $125 less on a $300 job. Shop around.

Great company to deal with. They obviously have been doing this kind of work for a long time, and it shows. Friendly, fast, and helpful. Had a minor issue and they came out next day - great service.

Showed up on time and no problems since.

My husband called him, and others for an estimate. The estimate and time frame was what helped make our decision and especially that he would come to the house to do the work! We had to give him information on the make etc., of the car. A date that I would be home was decided on and he was to call when on his way- he did state it would the in the AM. On the day he was to come , he called and stated he would be there in 20 minutes- right on time the doorbell rang! He set right to work and about 2 1/2 hours later let me know he was done. The cost and time were exactly as promised- no extras! He cleaned and swept the front seats and the dashboard (needed that before the window was even damaged!) I would definitely use him again as well as recommend him to others.

It turned out good. They were polite and professional. The biggest thing was that it was timely.

They were very punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. The window was replaced. They did have rollers for my slider; they totally cleaned and adjusted everything. It hasn't rolled that easy in years.
