It didn't. My husband and I have a very large house garage and workshop with 2 rubber roofs all of which needs replaced. We called 6 companies to get estimates. The 1st was Frogtown. Andre came- well-dressed, clean-shaven, good handshake... he even had biscuits for my puppy. He walked around looking up from the ground, then said he'd email us an estimate. This he did before a week was up. But we still had 4 other companies coming to put in their bid. We compared all the bids & decided to go with Frogtown. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, and my husband was impressed with Andre. All that changed. My husband called Frogtown to tell them they got the job, but the first thing Andre said was now he'd have to come back and actually go up on our roof this time and write out a whole new bid to replace the first one "because the price of a barrel of oil just went waaay up." Are you joking? The price of oil varies EVERY day. It's called the stock market! That can't mean your costs are going to change daily to coincide! It sounded hinky to me but my husband said let's just hear what he asked to say. I scheduled myself off of work for another morning (I'm self employed) and awaited the 11a.m. appointment. He never showed. 40 minutes after, my husband called. "We had an appointment and you're not here." Andre said "Oh, gee, didn't my assistant call you?" "No," my husband said, " Nobody called including you, and *you're* the one that supposed to be here!" I was prepared to hand them almost $20,000 of my hard earned money. But how can I trust a company that LIES, then can't even be bothered to show up for the job interview? Entirely unprofessional.

The roofs were done in one day but the gutters were delayed several days

Everyone at Frogtown is personable, patient, and professional. Jennifer in the main office is an excellent communicator; we always knew what to expect and when via phone calls, emails, and texts. Andre Lemerand is knowledgeable and friendly and sets very high standards for the company: his inspections prior to his estimate and then the day after the job was finished were detailed and thorough. His answers to all my questions were like a mini-seminar in roofing technology. The ten-man crew that did the tear-off and installation was a well-oiled machine of polite, professional young men who reflected the good leadership they received from their crew chiefs. This was a very enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend Frogtown Roofing Plus to anyone who has any issues with their roof.

OK... admittedly spending money on my roof is not what I wanted to do. However we got 3 quotes Frogtown was there next day to do a inside/outside inspection. They were the only one to do that. They didn't try to sell me anything basically walked me through what they found, gave me options (some included waiting a couple of years to address). Price was great considering the level of detail they went through and the problems (some water damage) they found during inspection. I know that the other roofers hopefully would have found and fixed but it would have cost more then the quote. I loved the NO SURPRISES guaranteed quote. They were on time, got the roof done, cleaned up and were gone. Perfect.

Overall I was pleased but there were minor issues that needed to be redone. They were eager to please and did fix minor issues though it took several visits. Crew was professional and seemed to care about their work. Price was not the lowest but I had the most confidence that they would do the job right.

When I found a water mark on my son's ceiling I feared I might have leak somewhere in my roof. After talking with friends and neighbors, Frogtown came highly recommended. I was able to set up an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. The Project Manager was prompt, in fact I was the one running late for the appointment due to my work schedule. The Project Manager was very understanding and accommodating. Upon arrival to my residence, he did a thorough inspection of the attic. He was very professional and neat. I was afraid there may be damage to the roof, he believed it was possibly snow that had gotten in and melted. After he went up onto the roof he explained the roof was in fact in good condition, but he found the seals around the soil stacks were bad and were in need of repair. He gave me a quote of 250.00 for the total cost for the repairs. The crew was very neat and the work was completed without any delay or issues. I was told if any other problems arose to call them and they would be happy to fix any issues I may have. I have not had any other problems with my roof, even after this winter. I will gladly call Frogtown Roofing again and would recommend them for any roofing job. A+.

The quoted price was $9,500 and they were knowledgeable and punctual. Everything was fine; their price was high but they were professional.

My first time with Frogtown roofing, complete roofing job, very punctual, started the job on time. Came out with a 7 man crew, performed complete job in 2 days. Very, very, impressed, will definitely use them again.

First I called them for a quote. They got back to me the same day and came out and inspected the damage and gave me a quote, which was very competitive. The representative, Patrick, was extremely informative and personable. He set up everything immediately and his crews were there within 24 hours and did a great job. The repair work matched the original surfaces. We were very pleased with their work, their professionalism and they even cleaned up after themselves.Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend them to others.
