Responsiveness was spot on and Service was fantastic!

We had a wonderful experience. We were present at the house while the windows and gutters were being cleaned. They took great care to make sure their work was complete; they respected the property and left the house and grounds free of dirt and debris that was created as a result of the work they performed. The workers were neatly dressed and friendly. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and made us aware of any problems they encountered as they worked. We would definitely use their services again.

Arrived exactly on time. Very nice and professional. Both cleaners wore shoe protection in the house without being asked. They did a great job cleaning the windows both inside and out. Also, cleaned a very high chandileer and window in our foyer. Would definitely use them again.

Workers were prompt and efficient

They are very thorough and they come regularly. They come when they say they are going to come.

Good job in washing windows, however, once they go started they indicated that the windows had construction film that would require extra time and cost. They missed this in the initial quote and required 25% more once they were part way through.

Called back right after i left a message. Came out for a quote within a week. They were prompt and very curteous and even made some suggestions about gutter placement on some new construction parts of my house. Kinda pricey, but quality people and work.Would use them again.

Dave responded promptly to our call. He gave an estimate based on his previous records of working at this house a number of years ago. He and his assistant arrived right on time. I removed what screens I could from the inside and Dave did the ones that were secured from the outside. He wiped the window sills, dusted the screens, washed the windows, and reinstalled the screens. The job took longer than we both thought, so the price was just short of double the estimate, but a reasonable charge. We were very pleased with the service, friendliness, and professionalism of both Dave and his assistant. They enjoyed our freshly baked oatmeal cookies.

i have dave's window do our windows 5 times a year. twice a yr they do the inside too. they are always on time, very professional and friendly. they have been doing my windows for 3 yrs and i am very happy with them.
