I met with him at the house and showed him what work needed to be done, and he very graciously worked our small job into his busy spring schedule. He did everything requested, and we would definitely recommend him to others and use him again.
Description of Work: Installed 3 roof vents on garage, replaced storm damaged fascia/trim at upper soffit and repaired soffit, rehung shutter, cleaned gutters & trimmed tree overhanging upper gutter.

Description of Work: They came to perform a roof check which they did. I do not know the exact date. They also caulked a few places and sealed down a few shingles. That was fine, but they indicated that I would need a new roof soon. When I said that wasn't possible right now, they backed off a little. They also indicated that a section of my roof over a front area was different and more in need of work. I asked them to send an estimate for just that. They indicated they would call, but I never heard anything from them. I felt they were looki for full roof replacement jobs.

I called 4 different roofing companies and everyone was busy but Bob Pauly promised to come over the next morning and take a look. He called first, came over, and gave me an estimate. Unlike some businesses, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, he told me that my 18-year old roof was still in great shape. The rain had stopped, so I didn't mind that he couldn't come back to do the work for a few days. He came back a few days later after the rain had stopped and took care of everything to our satisfaction. Very easy transaction, Bob was very friendly and professional and when we are ready to have our roof replaced we will definitely call him.

+ 0 moreThey were absolutely awesome. Ever since that work was done there was a leak and every time there was a leak we had to call him back once a year and he would fix it. I think it is their professionalism that stands out because my husband is very professional so we like their common courteous and their mode of dressing, whether they are dressed properly or improperly. Whether they are identified, what they do with their vehicle or their clothing, these matter to us. They were very responsive and very punctual. They were very professional too.
Description of Work: We used Bob Pauly Roofing to do our back patio, roof repair and the flashing on the chimney.
