Inspector arrived early and got started immediately without delay. The inspection was super thorough with him finding several problems i missed or never thought to look at. The report was wonderful with detailed descriptions of the problems and with pictures to show the problems as well. Very courteous and friendly. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone that needs a great home inspection.
