I called this provider and was very pleased at his knowledge. I would have to look up the price but her was very reasonable. He saved me a lot of money. I am very pleased and have referred him to others.

First I called for information on the product. Once I received the info, directly from the owner and in a very congenial manner, I placed my order. The order came in 1 day earlier than expected. It was well packed. I then used the item, following the directions which were not only on the package itself but also in a VERY easy to follow video which they provide on their site, to fix a patio door that was very, very difficult to open. After 30 minutes, and that was allowing time for some glue I applied to dry, the door slid better than new. The first time my wife went to open the door after I repaired it she almost broke the glass because she exerted the 'usual' amount of force and that literally slammed the door into the casement and shook the whole room. To go a step further, as I was installing the product I made a mistake and cracked one of the components (it even worked great with the cracked component). I contacted the company via email and a few days later they sent me a set of the component I cracked and insisted, because I asked them to let me pay, that they would not charge me a cent because they were more concerned with the customer service than the money. Between their amazing and easy to install product, and the customer service before, during and after, I can only give them the highest rating available and will use and recommend them whenever possible.

Installation was simple and the tips given were very helpful. I was able to take my doors completely off which helped with the overall process but I can see where it could be done without taking the door off but would probably require assistance from another person. I was able to perform the install by myself and it only took about an hour from start to finish.
