Did a great job correcting previous electrician's errors. Took previous electricians 3 trips to my house to install outside lamp post. Lamp post quit working again. Called Dr Jeff and he corrected the bad wiring problem within a couple of hours. Home Depot recommended the poor electricians. Home Depot should start recommmending Dr Jeff.

Sears stiffed us on a hybrid hot water tank repair we had scheduled. We had already waited 5 days for a serviceman, only to be rescheduled because they were over booked in another week. Searched home advisor and chose Jeff based on the reviews and thankfully was blessed with an honest and caring customer service who contacted the maker of the tank (GE). He was able to get parts shipped and it was fixed. Jeff went above and beyond to fix this crappy hot water tank (that my husband swears was top rated in Consumer Reports Magazine in 2010) and we are now enjoying hot water in our home. He made multiple calls and kept me updated and you will not be disappointed with the service. (Unlike Sears, which $%@# and does not care). I am grateful to have stumbled upon this site and found Jeff. He responded the day of my email, called right back and fixed the problem (even tho I was ready to rip out the unit and install something new--anything for a soak in the tub after a 12 hour shift!) Thank you so much Jeff, for your professionalism and determination to fix the hybrid hot water tank!

They were on time and very professional. They did a wonderful job installing our meter box. They had to work in a very tight space in my cabinets to finish hooking up wiring to meter box and I know it was hard but they didn't complain at all. I would recommend Dr. Jeff to anyone. Very professional. Keeps the customer informed and explains the process very well. Very prompt service. I called and asked for the antenna and it was installed the next day. Personal Customer Service is rare these days, but this company is top of the line.
