House Dr. Jeff

I'm not real happy with them. I thought we were way overcharged. When we tried to make it right with him he cussed at us. I'm sick about it. He was used existing cable lines, was at the house maybe an hour and twenty and minutes and charged me $600. He didn't give me any information about the antenna that he used. I am not happy and would not ever recommend to anyone.

Did not complete the work. Broke screws of outside transformer was told he would return to do some additional work did not return. He was to order a new transformer, this did not happen. Because he fail to order the parts nor called to inform me there was a problem. Call him he stated his father had pass and asked that I call him later in the week he did not return my call. I had told him I needed some additional work I needed done. He still has not return my call

Both men were very professional. Answered any and all questions that we had. They took their time and did the job right.

Very knowledgeable, good communicator, very friendly. We enjoyed having them here and have already recommended them to our son-in-law. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I am so looking forward to calling Spectrum and cutting the cord. Great job guys!!!!

No more cable bill! No more inside antenna I had to manipulate to watch different channels! Got more channels! This will pay for itself in less than a year! Nice guys to work with, highly recommend!

Jeff and Tom came out on a Saturday and installed a rooftop HD antenna because we finally cut the cord. They were professional, friendly, informative and did a great job. There were some challenges in navigating some of the rats-nests of cable splitters and wires to a total of 6 televisions. They streamlined the cables from the antenna which gave us tons of free channels with a picture quality that is just as good or better than cable or satellite. I even had a question later that evening (on a Saturday night) and Jeff answered the call and helped us out with a couple questions. It was refreshing to work with contractors this great. Would highly recommend.

Jeff helped me tremendously with my TV/Cable problems, guiding me through the process and explaining everything so I could understand. He stands behind his installation and service and even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. I will call Jeff in the future for any TV or cable needs I might have in the future.

I was completely happy with the work from start to finish. House Dr.Jeff added an outlet and mounted my tv on the wall. He also ran the cable wires behind the wall so everything was concealed, just as I requested. Because the bracing for the studs in the room were a little less than "standard ", he had a little difficulty getting the wire passed behind the plaster, but he didn't give up! He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of the (many) questions I threw at him while he was working. He cleaned up everything and left the place looking just as it did before he arrived. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Jeff was here within the 2 hour window discussed. He eliminated the 220 line and replaced with a 110 line in the kitchen. Price was acceptable and the job was done in a timely matter.

Explained scope of project to me fully, made recommendations, and knew exactly what to do when something unexpected , (completely not within his control) transpired. Bar none, one of the best interactions I've ever had with a home improvement project.

The wife wanted it replaced same day,snapped a picture sent it to DR.Jeff ,had it replaced same day.Great Job!
