I got on line at 6 30 a m and by 650 the phone was ringing he asked about the problem and said he'd be out this morning, he came with in 2 hrs. checked it out and told me what my problem was and how I could and what I should do to get it fixed, he explained all to me taking the time to explain about the warranty, he didn't charge me a dime to come out... thank you I will call again

Extremely unprofessional and rude!!!! Was told by Jeff that he didn't want my business because I was given a better price on my last TV mount job. What world does this guy live in were your supposed to be a professional but you get mad because another company quoted me better price they want $600 to mount a TV over my fire and hind wires thru the wall so I went with a company that charge me much less. So you cannot be mad at that. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had Jeff install an adjustable mount for a large TV above our fireplace. Jeff was very prompt and professional and walked us through everything we needed for our project. Even when we had a question the night he left he quickly called us back and walked us through it. In the past we had him out for a new water heater installation. He made that process painless as well. I definitely recommend his company!
