+ -1 moreUnfortunately I never got the opportunity to work with them directly -but I was told TWICE that a tech would return my call to set up an emergency service call for my elderly parents whose furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year. I have still never heard back from them. It’s been about 28 hours since my initial call. Fortunately I did find a company that not only returned my call but fit me in a busy schedule to fix the furnace on the same day. Based on my experience and their empty promises I would have to call them “Unreliable”.
Description of Work: My elderly parents’ furnace went out.

+ -1 moreRELIABLE HEATING AND COOLING IS THE ONLY PLACE TO CALL IN THE MASSILLON/CANTON AREA. THE COST WAS $500 LOWER THAN THE COMPANY I WAS ORIGINALLY DEALING WITH. THE TWO RELIABLE H&C GUYS WHO HAD THAT NIGHTMARE OF A JOB KEPT AT IT UNTIL IT WAS DONE AND DONE PERDECT! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE

+ -1 moreThe 2 men that replaced it are basically MIRACLE WORKERS. The entire basement has galvanized pipes and as I learned yesterday that's not good. A pipe broke and even with all of this they kept on fixing problems that popped up until they were finished. I am a single mom & every plumbing pipe looks the same to me but instead of ripping me off their only concern was that my daughter and I had hot water. They were kind and honsest and THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES TO CALL!!!!
Description of Work: I needed a replacement hot water tank in a house that probably hasn't seen a plumber since it was built.

+ -1 moreThey billed me to come out and recheck furnace when it wouldn't turn on after they fixed it. I was told I wouldn't get a charge. Then they claimed it wasn't a service charge, but a time charge which is billable. Ridiculous! I wonder if what they fixed was even broken or if it was the electrical from the beginning.

+ -1 moreTheir friendly and their easy to talk to, describing your problems if you have any and the prices that they charge I found it very reasonable and their pretty thorough when they get done they explain exactly what was d upon and if we have any problems or might have problems in the future make sure give us a heads up on that, easy to deal with, very reliable, punctual and very professional.
Description of Work: Routine by annual check of the furnace and the humidifier.
