Description of Work: Examined all exterior downspouts and drains for blockage. Dug up and repaired drain that was not connected, allowing water to drain into street instead of backing up into house during heavy rains.

+ -1 moreSewer was backed up and sewage water was coming up from basement floor drain. I called around midnight Friday night and left a message. They called back first thing Saturday morning and came out to snake the sewer line. They were prompt and responsive. I had actually called Mr Rooter too and they never even called back. The job was performed quickly and professionally. They charged $120 for the snaking plus a $40 weekend fee. I feel that's reasonable.
