Carl did a fantastic job we had him repair some loose drywall tape and other dings in the drywall. When he was done it looked great. He did a great job cleaning up after he was done.

Carl was incredible! He was timely, courteous and fair on the estimate and began the project before the scheduled start date. He diagnosed the potential problems with our chimney/roof leak and proposed alternatives to consider, giving honest quotes and being sensitive to our financial budget. He worked long and hard to complete the project before an impending snow storm. He was thorough and meticulous with the intricate work. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and he agreed to do extra at no charge. I would strongly endorse Duell Action for your next project if you are looking for quality work.

My parents needed a first floor laundry room installed in an unused bedroom and also needed their bathroom more accessible. Within an hour Karl called and met me at mom parents house the same day. By Tuesday of the next week the electric was installed by Bills Bros. Electric whom Karl recommended. The electric was done in a very professional way and by the end of the day. Friday Karl and his father-in-law came out and installed all the plumbing, hooked up the washer and dryer and the toilet and handrail in the bathroom. Karl managed the job very well & managed to keep the price very reasonable for my fixed income parents. Karl was so patient with my very nervous mom and kept me abreast of the progress during the entire project. I gave him 5 stars only because I can't give him 6!
