Project: Repair leaking chimney Karl came promptly, thoroughly examined the problem area, took pictures of the source of the problem, then carefully explained the options we had for the repair. He answered all our questions and followed up by suggesting a favorable time to do the work. Everything was done professionally and politely. Pictures were taken as the work progressed, which gave us even more confidence that the job was being completed as he had explained. Cleanup was fine. We plan to engage Karl's company for other repairs to our home.

Carl and team did a great job installing a washer and dryer for me. They moved them from upstairs and into basement and installed them all in about an hour! They are very friendly and professional, gave me tips on how to clean dryer vent, all for a very fair price! I would recommend them for any job!

I would definitely recommend Duell Action to others. They were prompt, respectful, and took our situation seriously. We have had two others come out in the past and even though both of them did work on some things they thought were the problem. Duell was the only one that actually took the time to dig deeper into the issue and find the root of the problem. They went above and beyond the original problem when they noticed some other concerns and dig a fantastic job of fixing those issues and all at a very fair price. They also took the time to explain what was causing the problem and what to look for the next time we have a roofing concern or if we have one redone. I have their info saved and will be calling them first if I have roofing issues in the future.

While he was here, we talked about other work we needed done and will be having it done also.

Carl and his crew did a superb job replacing my roof. They were all very professional and hardworking. Their rates are reasonable and fair, even when we discovered the roof was in way worse shape than originally believed. Definitely will hire them again when we are ready to do more work on the house.

Karl Duell is a great example of what a contractor should be: He explained all my options for repairing or replacing my 11'X22' roof, and what would last longest and work best. He was honest, dependable and covered all bases. He and his workers were fast and reliable, and clean up was well done. I will be hiring him again when I need work done.
