 + -1 moreSomeone used the bathroom without permission. Left water running in a vacant unit. Water bill came and was shocked. Called owner and worker verified but owner stiffed me on the bill even after saying he would reimburse me. Not trustworthy.

 + -1 moreI recently moved to a new apartment. The owner kept quoting me different prices for moving 2 dressers, a sofa, a table, chairs and my bed! On the day of the move, the owner of the business called me for directions. They ended up getting lost and as result were 45 minutes late! When we arrived at my new apartment, one of my dressers had some damage to it, the owner denied any wrong doing on their part or the part of the employees! The employees kept hustling me for a tip! The employees began arguing with each other during the moving process!

 + -1 moreThey showed up late without calling, short the people they needed to do the job. We found furniture damaged after the fact. They didn't place items in the location they were supposed to and had equipment malfunctions.
Description of Work: We had a short haul move, within 4 miles.

Description of Work: If you are looking for a mover that shows up with a truck one third of the size needed with not near the padding needed, a move that should have taken a professional moving company 7 hours but stretches to 11 and is still only half done, dented and gouged walls, damaged furniture, a laughing explanation that 'walls are always dented during a move', an owner who since he is paid by the hour goes out of his way to stand and talk and question you about your belongings, two other workers who stop working and stand around if they are not constantly told to do something, and untold added stress on moving day, then this is the moving company for you.

 + -1 moreWe moved household goods from New Philadelphia to Massillon. This is not a large commercial mover, so we received very good personal attention and they were very flexible as to timing, etc. Friendly, courteous, and the owner went out of his way to help us out later, picking up some loose ends when he was under no obligation
