+ -1 moreWe had several spots on our carpets that had been cleaned professionally several times before by another company and we were told that those were stains that wouldn't come out - Loren was able to get all spots out! They did a fantastic job, were very professional and affordable, moved our sofa and cleaned under it and then moved it back again. Would definitely recommend them and will be contacting again.

Description of Work: Cleaned 4 carpeted rooms plus stairs and hall. Cleaned upholstery for 1 couch, 1 loveseat and 3 chairs.

+ -1 moreFranchise owner Loren Matey ran an ad in the Gold Clipper offering a whole-house special, up to five areas, for $129. I spoke with him by phone and he confirmed that price. (I had recently experienced a bait-and-switch from a different company, so I questioned him closely on this point.) We made an appointment for 10/18/13. Loren called that day to ask if they could come a little early, to which I agreed. Loren and his assistant, Dylan, were punctual, friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. They moved all the furniture and cleaned the carpets thoroughly. I was very impressed with both of them and with the quality of the work. I will certainly do business with them again. Highly recommended.
