+ -1 moreThey were really good when they were owned by the Vanderwist's, they were sold and have completely new management. The new management is not responsive to a customer.
Description of Work: They came out to turn on my sprinkler for the season and when they turned it on, I have a three zone system, 2 worked and one didn't. They said they would come back the next day to install a valve, I paid them and they did not come back. We began calling and they were not responsive. This was in April and they finally came out in June. They had no plans, they had initially installed the system, and they evidently didn't keep the plans of where the valves were. The valves are underground, so they had to dig the yard to find the valves. When they found the valves they suggested putting in an above ground access system. They said they would send out someone to give us an estimate. Nobody has come to give us an estimate, when we called they said they are really backed up. We have paid and we have no water.

+ -1 moreWe started using this company this past summer. Joe is very professional and is always right on time. He does his work thoroughly and professionally. He always has suggestions for how we could use our sprinklers more efficiently. We're very happy with this company.
