Description of Work: I bought the big deal. They called to set up a time for chimney clean of rental. I told them I needed an estimate for chimney repair. I heard nothing until a few weeks later when they called to schedule the cleaning. I told them I thought it had been done. They rescheduled and told me I would get an email estimate for any chimney repair but I have heard nothing more.
