This was the lowest estimate due the fact that unnecessary work wasn't bid. This was explained fully by the estimator and I agreed. Three workman finished the job in one afternoon with minimal disruption. The brick replaced all match quite well and the mortar has weathered to match as well.I down graded the report on punctuality only because of their late arrival-they had to commute from Columbus.Overall this was an excellent job.

They were great, I bought the certicate from Angie's list. Then I got very busy and they called me to set up the appointment.

all work was done on time and workers were very efficient and when work was completed they cleaned up well.

We had got several quotes for this work. Thompson was the best quote and seemed to be a reputable comany, so we schedule the work. When the guy arrived (late), he stated he could not do the work. That the original quote was wrong and he did not have the tools needed to complete the job. He told me I would need to call the office to get a new quote. I called the office/owner... it took 2 weeks to get in touch with him and get him out for a new quote. The new quote was several hundred dollars higher. He said the issue was he looked at the wrong house the first time. We called more comapnies to get more quotes. Thompson was still the lowest... he did give us a small discount for the error they made. So, we continued with them. He told me the work would be done in 1 - 2 weeks. It actually took a month for them to get to our house. The cleaning was good. However, I was disappointed that they sealed the brick the same day. We were told they would do it the next day so the brick had pleanty of time to dry. I called the office to ask about the seal done the same day and they assured me this was not a problem. We shall see. I would not use this company again.

They gave a quick estimate, were on time, the workers were professional and nice. The price was reasonable.

I was very happy with them. The job that they did was excellent. I liked their price. They were very professional and they cleaned up well afterwards. Their price, quality of their work and responsiveness was excellent. They were a little bit late but they had to come all the way down from Columbus to Cincinnati, so I understood what the problem was. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were prompt in giving me an estimate. It was a same-day estimate. They arrived early to the appointment. They were cognizant of my need to get to work, so they did the inside of the house first and then let me know that I was free to go. They had their guys continue to work on the outside. They were very considerate of my schedule, so I was happy.

They were very good. They were here when they said they would be. They had a job before us that took a little longer but they called to notify us about that. I think that their price was fair while the quality was very good. We were very pleased with them.

It was their $99 special. They did a very good job of covering things up and they cleaned up after themselves. I do not know if it is a good thing or a bad thing but their appointment time was at 9O'clock and they were here between 8.35 and 8.40 and they were done by 9 O'clock. I wasn't quite prepared yet. So on the other hand I personally appreciate early rather than late. The chimney cap is already new but they did report that there is some damage to the concrete crown at the top so they did report what the damages are and an estimate for a repair should I choose to do it. They were friendly, prompt, and early. They were efficient and clean. They were not super friendly but polite and amicable. They were knowledgeable. It was not any major repair work it was just cleaning work.
