 + -1 moreI would say it goes pretty good over all. A couple of times there were spots they missed that were dirty. But they'd send people back to fix it. The guy they send is really nice and polite. My opinion is that they're not great, but they're better than the other ones I've hired.
Description of Work: They come to my house and partially clean my house once a month.

 + -1 moreBecause I am not on a regular schedule, I don't always get the same crew, but for the most part, the individuals sent have been very good. They all try to be thorough and conscientious. They are clean cut and friendly and will respond well to requests. These are high-energy young people (and not all "guys" like the company name implies). They clean whichever rooms you ask, and as thoroughly as you request. Generally, I have been quite pleased with only a few things missed now and again. If you point these out, they will take care of them immediately.
Description of Work: A 2-3 person crew provides either a partial or "full" house cleaning as requested, and will also change your light bulbs, clean windows and provide other specialty services as needed. Just let them know in advance so they bring the correct ladder, allocate enough time and have your new light bulbs in hand when they arrive. Unlike other services I interviewed, they don't nickel and dime you to death with "extra" charges to do what should be done to be clean in the first place and they will work with you to get you on the schedule, even if you're not a "regular."

 + -1 moreThey started out good and then the service got done faster and faster and I noticed gunk on my shower, the baseboard were dirty, they didn't clean around the bathtub grout, and the dusting was thorough. They showed up at all different times on my day so it was hard to predict when they would be at my house. One time is was late afternoon and I called to cancel the service. The company representative was short and unresponsive to my request.
Description of Work: The full house was cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms, hardwood floors, and kitchen counters.

 + -1 moreThey are reliable, honest, trustworthy and excellent house cleaners. They are punctual and they are good with my 100 lb. people-loving dog who likes to steal their rags and try to get them to play chase.

 + -1 moreOverall, I am satisfied with their work. The owner of the company is usually one of the people present, and makes a good effort to ensure that they are meeting the customer's expectations.
Description of Work: The Cleaning Guys (a group of 3-4 people) come to our home every two weeks to perform housecleaning services, which include bathrooms, floors, dusting, counters, and some windows.
