+ -1 moreThey knew the price was too high before they gave me the bid. We discussed the others bids when we first met. When I said I wasn't interested, that was the end of it. Perhaps they bid high because they really didn't want to do the job at all. Perhaps it was too much grunt work for the money for them. They were very very professional looking.
Description of Work: Although we did not hire this company as the price was way , way too high, the bid was for a master bath remodel. We received 3 others bids. This was by far the highest. Average size bathroom. Remove tile on half tiled walls, install new shower, turn toilet, and replace vanity and floor. They wanted to do everything including painting. I wanted to do a few things myself such as the painting.

+ -1 moreRichardson and Rice were phenomenal throughout our entire renovation. They gave detailed estimates upfront to include drawings for clarification. They kept us informed of the daily timeline and ended the project as scheduled. The experience Richardson and Rice brought to our renovation was priceless. We are not do it yourself people and they were great about explaining all the steps. They gave great recommendations for the upgrade and used quality products. Communication was easy, convenient and never delayed. All the people working in our home, under the supervision of Richardson and Rice, were highly professional, gave excellent customer services and possessed superior craftsmanship.
Description of Work: Renovation of two upstairs bathrooms. To include, tearing out flooring, bathtubs, tile, vanities, toilets and replacing all. One bathtub was replaced with a walk-in shower.
