Description of Work: Replace water heater. Our water heater cracked and started to flood our basement. We have a home warranty so we called and they sent out Joe and his son. They were great. They replaced our water heater and did it right. At first the connections were not exactly right so Joe had his son do it all again until it was exactly right.

Description of Work: On Thanksgiving day the valve in the shower faucet broke in the on position forcing me to turn off the water to the entire house. I was unable to reach Professional Plumbing Services (my usual plumber) and reached another plumber who came on Friday. That plumber was unable to pull out or free up the broken valve. I resorted to having him install shut offs to the shower supply line so I could have water to the rest of the house/bathrooms. Joe of Prof Plumbing called upon his return to town, when I explained the problem he felt as though he could repair the faucet and scheduled a time on Friday to try. He was able to replace the valve without any problem! He will do the same to our other shower after the holidays. Joe has done several plumbing jobs for us over the past 4 years and I believe he is honest, fair, and highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Joe intalled a new primary sump pump today. As usual, he was pleasant, efficient, helpful and extremely professional. He gave us some advice on the phone regarding maintenance of our back up system and battery. He was able to come over right away but we had to reschedule due to a conflict. He has helped us in the past with a new garbage disposal and also replaced our back up sump pump system. We are very happy with his promptness, availability and price.

So, came out on Sunday, replaced pump and valve. Job included a quality sump pump, valve, labor and Sunday premium. Very prompt, professional and nice. Will definitely continue to use him for plumbing needs. Left us with info about battery back up for sump pump. New pump is working great!

AFTER FLOORING COMPANY CHECKED FLOOR IT WAS DETERMINED THAT FLOOR BENEATH TOILET AND NEXT TO TUB WAS DETERIORATING FROM WATER DAMAGE. CARPENTER WAS CALLED AND REPLACED FLOOR BENEATH TOILET. FLOORING COMPANY LAID TILE AND PLUMBER CAME BACK SAME DAY AND REPLACED TOILET ALSO REPLACING BROKEN CUT-OFF VALVE WHICH HAD BEEN BROKEN MONTHS BEFORE. HE WAS PROMPT, REASONABLE, CLEANED UP, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THIS PLUMBER IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND WILL RECOMMEND ANOTHER PLUMBER OR SKILLED WORKER IF HE CANNOT COMPLETE WORK.
