+ -1 moreI emailed Pierce for a mulching quote using the "contact us" link on their website. Their site has many pics of residential work on it.... I received an email back, very quickly, that stated simply, "We are no longer doing residential customers. Thanks"

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE TERRIBLE ABOUT FOLLOWING UP AND RETURNING CALLS. THEY DO NOT ESTABLISH A SPECIFIC TIME TO COME AND THEY DONT GET AROUND TO IT EVEN AFTER I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. I AGREE TO AN ESTIMATE VERBALLY, BUT THEN I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING TO ASK WHEN THEY WILL COME AND ALL THEY SAY IS "SOON."
