Patch King got in touch with us immediately after requesting a quote. They were able to come for an estimate within a reasonable timeframe, and also fix the damage quickly. The cost seems comparable to similar contractors, even a little less than some others quoted. The staff was very friendly and professional. I'd hire this company again and recommend them to others.

Working with Patch King was both easy and produced incredible results. Ron Sanders is a skilled drywall tech and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend patch King and Ron for any small home improvement job you're looking for. Communication has always been a negative experience for us when dealing with contractors and this was the exception.

Ken worked with us to get the appointment scheduled despite the need to rush the job, and also to accommodate our requests to do a demo first and wait a few days for us to get some secondary work completed. He and the team of Ron and Todd then worked around our crazy schedule with our 4 year old and also dealing with a funeral to get the guys back out when we could. There was also an issue on our side with getting the drywall delivered from Home Depot, but the team offerred to go out themselves, (for an added fee, but was cheaper than HD delivery) and got the drywall out here and got started immediately. They were never lazy and worked their tails off to get the job done when they were here. Some contractors like to take their time once a fee has been negotiated, but not these guys. They always worked like their was a fire happening. They were courteous onsite and the communication is top-notch. They would call when they were on their way or they would call if they were running late. They would call all the time. They would also text message as well to keep us informed outside of normal hours. At the end of the job, there was a snafu on my part while making the payment, but Ken worked with me to get the issue resolved. This was basically an audition for us to have them do work in one room as I normally do all the work myself, but after my accident, I could no longer do drywall hanging on ceilings. These guys made it happen for me and my family. We will definitely have them back out to redo our kitchen ceiling as well. Thank you Ken, Ron, and Todd! These guys are Highly Recommended A+
