He was fair and honest, told me what to expect and gave me some options on how to repair some of the things that needed repair.

We called James and he came the next day. The repair was done quickly and we were very satisfied .

Even though he had to improvise some of the steps during the light installation , it went very well. The drain installation also went well.

He came on time. He did a good job. He was reliable and affordable.

I made an appointment with James. His availability met my needs. He arrived on time, and after I showed him four things that I needed to be fixed, he gave me an estimate. Because one of the problems was less severe than I thought, his actual charges were less than the estimate. I was very pleased with all of his work.

He would not do the job because the roof is too steep. If you need a handyman to work outdoors he is probably not your man.

James does a great job. He's very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He charges what he estimates and checks back with you afterwards to confirm that all is well.

WOW, great job!!!!! We could not be happier with his work. Trying to fix the house up to put on the market and James came up with good ideas, and just did everything that needed to be repair, replaced, painted and was just wonderful. He is a pleasure to work with and yes I would call him again, and again and again.

James was excellent, going above and beyond the call of duty to help. Made multiple trips to Home Depot and Lowes for me. Kept saying he'd do everything he could to make sure I was satisfied, and to call if something was wrong and he'd come back and fix it. Made good suggestions on things to fix to help the house get maximum value when sold.

In my opinion: James was great. He is very knowledgeable and knocked out in a few days what it would have taken me months to accomplish. When he needed an extra hand, he brought in another handyman who was wonderful too. They even rescued me last winter when the circulation pump went out on my hot tub and I couldn't find a pool service company that would work on it immediately and the weather was dropping below freezing. They built a fabulous pet enclosure below my deck and installed a pet door. I would hire again.

James is a personable guy and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He arrived early and worked diligently on the projects. After 2 hours he was unable to fix my lock, but did try hard to do so. He gave me some good ideas for alternative fixes. My only issue is that I ended up paying $75 basically for the rescreening since the lock never did get fixed. I felt like this was a lot to pay for that, although I realize he did give me 2 hours of his time. Next time I will do a better job of negotiating a cost for the work that is (or isn't) done! I was ultimately able to fix my problem myself using one of his suggestions.

James was very responsive in returning my call and scheduling time to come to my home and review the projects I needed done. We spent approximately 30 minutes going over the items. He stated he would work up a price estimate and give me a call back. I received the call approximately 2 weeks after we met. He stated that he had been very busy and had not had time to get the estimate completed. He would try to get it done that week. I informed him that I would not need pricing. I had moved forward and was working with another service provider.

James was very pleasant to work with and a true professional. He responded to my initial request the same day, had an estimate for me the following morning, and completed all of the work within a week, spending two whole days at my home. The workmanship was great and the price was very fair considering I would have had to call a plumber, painter, and perhaps a carpenter to do all of the work James was able to do by himself. We have finally found someone we trust to do handy work when needed.

James did an excellent job. He's extremely detail-oriented and even wiped the finderprints off the lightbulbs after he installed them. He took the time to do the project right, and I'm 100% happy with his work.

James was able to come out and quote the job and complete the work within a week. Despite some challenges working with a vaulted ceiling installing the fan, he was able to complete the job to my satisfaction.

It was okay. He quoted the price, but once he started working he realized he had to do more than expected so he increased the price. I would have preferred he gave me a set price and not changed it has he went on.

We had some aluminum siding come off the house during the aftermath of Hurricane Ike. I called James the next morning, and he was there by evening. Since it was getting dark, he could not finish the job, so he returned the next morning and finished. The siding had gotten bent when it fell off, but James straightened it out and put it back up. It looks about as good as you could expect, considering everything! James did a very conscientious job.
