The installation went very welll! The guys came on time, and were very quick durning the installation. The finished product looked great! However, we originally ordered the window and got the quote some time in april and never received a call when the window came in. So after a few weeks we contacted them, to find out that the window was/had been in the warehouse, but their installers were on vacation. Even after the guy came back from vacation we still had to call them to set up the installation. Disappointed by their lack of communication concerning the project, but everyone involved was very nice.

He was very clean and he cleaned up after himself. His work area was never a problem. He was on time and very professional. He did a great job. We would recommend him to anybody and we would use him again. He had a good price.

Bob measured and remeasured our windows, answered our questions and provided a quality product at a good price. He was very competitive. He returned to show us a piece of hardware that we were interested in. Mike, Bob and John did the installation. They are a professional well organized team. We were concerned about damage to our walls, woodwork and exterior; there wasn't any. They off loaded their materials and set to work . After 2 days they were done. Really impressive process from start to finish. Bob checked on their progress and followed up after they had finished. We are please to recommend them.

They were very quick, and they did a great job. I’m giving them a thumbs-up. I called them and they assessed the situation and they tried to do it as soon as they could do it.

The process was simple. We signed the contract(With NO Money down) and he said he would have the windows/doors in about two weeks. The doors and windows arrivd, we scheduled a date for the installation and he said it would take two days--Which it did!!. He had his crew come one day for the demo portion and then he was there to oversee the installation process which happen in two days. The real good news is that I did not take any work off or worry about the installation. Bob kept in touch with me over the phone and completed the job in the time and manner we discussed.
