Description of Work: Maidpro has been cleaning my house for about a year. This score is only for the last service. It was not as good as most of the time. The two ladies were only here a short time and I noticed a few things they missed. I also don't like that the ladies they sent are different most of the time. When I first started using them I had the same girl and she was terrific. She knew how I liked things done and was a pleasure to have here. I don't like to have to follow them around to see that the job is done correctly. I will continue to use them as I am disabled and can not clean my house. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford them but once a month. That may play into the fact that I get whoever has time when it is my turn for a clean. .

Description of Work: This was my first service by Maid Pro. It was to be a thorough cleaning in anticipation of a bi-weekly cleaning service. I was told that this cleaning could take up to 4 hours with 2 cleaning professionals. The cleaners arrived on time and I showed them around the house. They started their work while my husband and I stayed in the basement to keep the dogs out of their way. On two occasions my husband went upstairs to find one cleaning professional on the phone both times, so you can imagine our surprise when after only a hour and a half, they told us they were done. They left quickly and did not ask if everything looked okay or if there were some areas I wanted to check. Once they left, my husband and I went through the house to find MULTIPLE areas that were not cleaned even though they were on the "cleaning checklist". She didn't move anything on the shelves to dust behind items nor did she clean the kitchen countertops completely. There was dust remaining on the fireplace mantels as well as on almost all the shelves. You could literally see where she didn't reach behind items to dust. She didn't vacuum consistently or thoroughly. They left cleaning products at the house. It just seemed that they were just going through the motions and were anxious to get in and get out. I called the office immediately and he offered to send them back to clean the areas they hadn't touched, but I declined the offer. If this was to be theier big "ta da" and show us what a good job they could do....they certainly underwhelmed us. Why would I want them to come back to clean the areas they missed? I cancelled any future cleaning appointments and was refunded half of the original 1st cleaning fee. They told me they were not like other cleaning services, but frankly they only contributed to giving/confirming that these professional cleaning services a not worth the cost. I am now looking for a reliable, trustworthy individual who would like to clean my house, take pride in what they do, and become a valued and trusted cleaning professional for me and my family.

Description of Work: I was moving into a new home and did not have time to clean the kitchen and bathroom cupboards, fridge, etc before putting items away. The company typically charges extra to clean inside cupboards, but because that was my main focus, they made an exception. I wasn't home when they came to clean, but they obviously did a thorough job.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire house along with oven. They do an outstanding job! I have used them for over a year now and am incredibly pleased with their work. I recommend them to everyone I know. Great company to work with! Would give them an A++

Description of Work: We have hired maidpro two different times. The first time we stopped due to money constraints in our household. The second time because the quality and communication wasn't as consistent. The quality always depended on who was cleaning on the scheduled visit. Certain people did a better job than others. We asked for the better cleaners but they were not always available. For the money, it didn't seem worth the hassle of calling when the quality was down. Sometimes the management would be supportive and want to know and other times, they weren't. They could and can do quality work but it isn't consistent. I admit that sometimes it was my busy schedule that made the communication harder.

Description of Work: Arrival is always on time and the girl(s) are here for 4 hours starting on the first floor in the kitchen and moving systematically from room to room cleaning, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, etc... Any additional cleans needed like the microwave of specific area of the house is never a problem. If I want beds made and rooms picked up, they are awesome!!!

Description of Work: When Jaccia arrived she had a list of items that I wanted to be done. She ask if there was anything else that needed to be included in the list. I had ask that three bedrooms be dusted and vacuumed. Linens were changed in two of the three bedrooms. Then I have 21/2 baths that were included. I have a large living area with hardwood floors. She cleaned floors and dusted all my furniture. I also have a large kitchen and a great room. I have a 15 foot bar that has all granite. The granite looked great. My appliances were all cleaned. My cabinets were dusted. Baseboards were dusted. My trash was taken out to the garage. All floors were cleaned and vacuumed. Mirrors looked great.
