Awesome. Jerry and his son came out. I thought that I could run the hose myself, but he showed me how to do it to make sure that it was safe for the house (e.g. no fumes getting into the house) and up to code. Took him less than five minutes. He had a 90 day warranty on the work and technically, he did not need to install the line, but he did and did it for free. He also fixed the trap on my sink in 5 minutes. It had been a problem for three years and I kept fixing it myself. This the fourth time that he has been out to my house. He also installed a gas line for us to put in a gas oven. He is so knowledgeable, great pricing, and punctual. I give him my highest recommendation.

Jerry and another plumber arrived right on time and went straight to work. They were very respectful of our house and laid down covering around all places they were going to work. The job was completed quickly with no surprises and he took time to show me the correct way to winterize the spigots before leaving. I will definitely use Laux Plumbing again in the future.

Jerry and his son Andrew responded to our phone call requesting their services quickly. They completed the work 18 hours after our initial phone call to them. They arrived on time, did the work quickly and professionally, and charged what we considered a reasonable fee. We would definitely use Laux Plumbing again in the future.

Jerry arrived without the tool to remove the handles (I had explained on the phone that they were stuck). So he instead disassembled the spigot. He then could not reassemble it, and charged me to replace the assembly with a new one. He did not bring the parts for the second spigot, so he never touched it. He then stripped the bolt attaching the kitchen faucet handle. He told me it was the manufacturer's fault, and told me to order a replacement. He replaced the bolt cover (which fell off the next time the handle was touched, because he had widened the hole) and left. During all this he kept walking through my house (on my carpet) with muddy shoes, ignoring both side gates I had opened for him. The kitchen was accessible though the back door (near one of the spigots), but he kept using the front door. I was charged $135 for two damaged and one ignored job. As he left he told me to write a good review for him.

The provider had a deal on Angie's list which I purchased. I contacted the provider and made arrangements for him to come out. He actually arrived early but he did call ahead to make sure someone was home. He showed up removed our old dishwasher and put the new dishwasher we had purchased in. He had no problems you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied and would defiantly use him again.

Outstanding! Mr Laux arrived early and was set up looking for the leak in five minutes. The leak ended up being above a finished ceiling. He was very communicative in letting me know what he was doing and also making sure I was ok with the steps he had to take (removing wall / ceiling) to find the leak. Once leak was found, he thoroughly explained to me how he would need to fix it. Repairs were then quickly completed. He was also thorough in educating me on insurance claims and what information I would need to have for my insurance. Overall outstanding experience. I would and will hire again. I recommend him to everyone.

Very pleased. Answered quickly, fast appt. arrived on time. This is an honest plumber. Upon examining the faucet, they told me they could repair the existing one and save me some money. I opted for the new one instead. They were quick, efficient, and knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them again for other plumbing jobs.

The work was quick and professional. I had gotten an Angie's deal, which was more than the cost of the work. Even though the fine print says it has to be used in one visit I was given a credit for the next time I called. Definitely a company that appreciates thier customers.

Great plumbers! I called Jerry late evening and expected to leave a voicemail. He answered and helped me figure out timing and what to do immediately before he could come out the next day. He was able to come out the next day and showed up on time. Jerry and his son Andrew are very professional and they quickly assessed the leak and fixed it. They also installed a shut-off valve too, which was great. Very reasonable rates and reliable! Thanks again and you are on my vendor list for future work!!

They were perfect, not only with the price but with their attitude and service. They were very nice. They were very well-behaved and polite. They didn't act as though they were in a hurry for the next customer. So they were very good. It was less than the big deal price of $99 because they didn't have to do much work on it. It was $65. It took him less time. I didn't complain about the price. They came in and did what we asked them to do. They explained things that we asked them to explain. I could find nothing wrong.

The provider was very responsive. He set up a time to come check out the faucet quickly. I was able to have the faucet replaced that day and it only took about 30 minutes including assessment, going over options and replacement. The guys were very friendly. The faucet was very old, original to the house so it was more sensible to replace it than to attempt to fix. I would recommend this company. They are quick, friendly and responsive.

We were having a lot of rain and our basement was flooding because of a malfunctioning sump pump. I called Pete the Plumber since they had done some work for us a couple of weeks earlier and we were very happy with the job they did. But the lady who answered their phone wasn't very concerned about my problem. She said the earliest they could get to me was the afternoon of the next day, by which time the basement would have been completely flooded. When I insisted I needed help right away, she told me to call another plumber. I called Laux Plumbing and he came right out. He quickly stopped the water gushing into our basement and replaced the sump pump. I have some more (non-emergency) plumbing work I need to have done. I was planning to schedule Pete the Plumber to do it because of the excellent work they did earlier. NOW who do you think I'll call?

I've told them that for any future plumbing issues I experience, they'll be the ones I call.

The service was fine. Jerry showed up a little late from our scheduled time but made quick work of the toilet replacement and generally seemed to do a very good job. My only issue is this was purchased via an Angie's List deal where I understood the old toilet would be removed and disposed of by the provider. Jerry informed me this was incorrect and while the deal does suggest that the work includes "removal of your existing toilet" that only means disconnection and removal to somewhere else in your house, not that he would haul it away. So now I have a toilet I need to dispose of sitting in my garage. Be careful of the fine print and terms of these deals and ask in advance.

The best experience! I had a laundry list of issues and was expecting the worst. I called Laux plumbing based on a number of personal recommendations and a great Angie's list rating. They responded quickly, they scheduled me and showed up right on time. They were incredibly knowledgable and offered guidance on the issues and were able to diagnose the main repair issues quickly. They got to work on those repairs and showed me everything they had done after. I was so thrilled to have a plumber come in and fix the problems without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs! I can say that they will be my go-to plumbers from here on out!

Prompt, courteous, professional. The repair was quick (we had a best-case scenario) and tested to ensure the leak was gone. Couldn't be happier. Hope I don't have to call in the future, but if I do, I will definitely use this company again.

I called Jerry and he came out the very next morning to take a look. They found both leaks, went for replacement parts and had the pipes fixed with new pipe and connectors in no time. I am very please with the quick response the the reasonable price. Very professional and cleaned up after, too.

All work was performed to our standards. I fell this person has great integrity. One toilet was a double flush type with a bad seal, he told us this we only knew it leaked water. He would have to order one, and instead of charging us to come back out, he showed us what to order and how to easily replace. I would use again. I could not compare price, no itemized invoice was left.

Andrew arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me options for the repair. I opted to have the pump replaced. He replaced the pump, float, and check valve. Repair went quickly. He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I also had him provide an estimate for installing a gas line for a new gas stove.

It went well, we called at 7:30am, they came the same day and completed the work in 60-90 minutes. They provided a 60 day warranty on their labor.
